Chacha's mother and father were the king and queen of the land. Both Access (Shiine's father) and Seravi were castle knights. When Chacha was still a baby, Daimarou, came and took over the castle. Chacha's grandfather, Genus, entrusted baby Chacha to Seravi to teach and bring up. Meanwhile, Chacha's parents ordered the Sacred Bird (The King's Royal Seal) to fly away. If Daimarou got hold of it and played it, the land would be over run with chaos and evil. (Later, Access was sent to retrieve the King's Royal Seal to prove his loyalty to the king. He did serve Daimarou for a while after all.) While Chacha's grandfather kept Daimarou busy, Seravi escaped with baby Chacha. But Access' wife (Shiine's mother) was captured by Daimarou and imprisoned while Daimarou Chacha's parents to stone. Because Daimarou held Shiine's mother prisoner, Access had no choice but to carry out his orders which included finding and eliminating Chacha since Sorges messed up the job more than once. Chacha's grandpa gave Seravi a kit that included The Princess Medallion, a Ring and an Bracelet. Then Genus cursed the castle so Daimarou could not leave it and threaten Chacha's life. Seravi took good care of Chacha, and he taught her the basics of magic. Then, Chacha was ready to go to the magician's school, Urara Gakuen. There, he met new friends including Marin (well, she's sort of a friend), Yakko and Suzu. Her teacher turned out to be Teacher Rascal who's kinda scary and carries a whip. Despite his looks, he's a nice guy. There, she studied until she graduated. Then she, with her friends began a quest to Daimarou's castle.
