Michiru is the feminine foil to complement
the masculinity of Haruka. She is very smart and very talented as a violinist and a
painter. She is also a great swimmer and spends a lot of her free time in the pool. She is
very kind, but also very competitive, which is well noticed when she first meets Ami and
wants to have a swimming race with her. She lives with Haruka in their apartment and
together, they watch over their "child", Hotaru.
Sailor Neptune also possesses a talisman, the Aqua Mirror. She is the one who recruits
