Well, here is what I'll say to those who do ot like otakufics in general. First, an otakufic is not always a self glorifying fiction but when authors place themselves within another established fiction. The characters tend to get the best of all the worlds. ie they become super powerful. Personally, My character will seem super powerful because of the characters he is 'tailored' to fight when he enters the universe. it makes no sense for a wimp to be able to beat Ranma in the first encounter so I did not make one.

At this point I hear things like *wait a minute! he still beat Happosai!* well yes he did but how much of that was pure skill? err. 10% for the first fight and 30% for the second. Most of the reason he won was using the powers he was given to up the fight to his direction. in chapter 10 he looses his mental powers and you'll see as he adjusts. He'll be lucky to beat Akane during this time but keep watching.

Oh yes. Please keep in mind that it was written for fun and should be read for the pure enjoyment value rather than anything else. for all that you say there are reasons he needs to be that powerful. Well, thank you. *bow*
