A few years ago, I visited Great Britain and that started my travel bug. We saw London and Scotland during that trip. I have gone back to London once since then. I simply love that place and can easily move to live there.
In May 2004, my friend and I decided to see Italy and we visited Milan, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, and Rome. We also visited the Vatican City while we were in Roma. I almost cried when I saw the painting "The Last Supper". Arts and architecture that I have read about were actually right in front of my eyes. Everything is just so amazing.
I visited my family in February 2005 and have originally planned a short trip over to Japan. I have always loved Japanese things. My favorite food is Japanese sashimi. I love Japanese comic books, anime and soap opera. It would be interesting to experience their open bath. Unfortunately it did not work out. Maybe next time.
Christmas 2005 my Mom and I visited her best friend in Paris. Oui oui! Oh Paris! This is the first time I used a digital camera and I found myself wondering how I travel without a digital camera before.
I have a map that I marked down all the countries I have visited. One of these days I will have so many marks on the map that I can't even see the words. Yup, one of these days...
