Jevim is already in bed; I gave him a backrub that kinda put him to sleep about an hour ago, and I've been out at the computer, playing with my new Catz that he bought for me today.
We were lazy bums and stayed in bed this morning til nearly ten, then got up and ready and I crocheted for a bit while he played at Solarianet. We headed out for lunch at Pastalicious (I'd never been there before, but I love pasta, and mmmm, it was sooooo good), then went to the computer show over in Gaithersburg. Neither of us bought anything, so we went across the street from the fairgrounds where the show was, to CompUSA and looked around. He bought an Ethernet card and a magazine, and bought Catz for me, then we went to Wal-Mart and I bought the combination-pack of You Don't Know Jack for us to play, which we did earlier this evening.
We came home and had a 'fend for yourself' dinner night, and tomorrow we're definitely going to sit down and decide what we want for meals this next week. I'll admit that it's nice to go out to dinner so much, and not need to cook (though I do like cooking for the two of us) but going out all the time can get rather expensive!
We went to Dave and Buster's last night, and admittedly, Jevim had more fun than I did; I'm not all that great at video games, and I got tired rather quickly. He did redeem his tickets for me though and got me one of those miniature clocks and a bear with a satin Dave & Buster's shirt, and a couple of D&B mugs as well. There was a HUGE teddy bear that I would have loved to have, and he had enough tickets for it, but I have no idea how I would have taken it home. *sigh*
Anyway, I'll keep this short and not get it posted until tomorrow, 'cause it's getting on toward midnight and I want to go curl up with my real, live teddy bear. *smile* TTYL...
