Jev got a late start this morning; his back was griping about our busy weekend, and it wasn't happy when he went to sleep last night, or when he got up this morning. After a backrub and the likes, though, he got up the steam to get dressed and go.
He's out of clean shirts, so we need to get some washed today. If I get it done before he gets home, we can go out and not have to worry about laundry, so I probably will.
I hopped online to get my mail a while after Jev was gone, but it stalled about 25 messages into the 157 waiting on my Geo account, then AOL told me goodbye. Darrell came down the hall a minute later and asked if that had been me. *chuckle* No problem, really, I'm just glad it was the first 25 and not closing in on the last, as I'll probably get to download them again when I go back online.
I wrote to Renee of the Diary-Crit list Saturday, and explained what was going on and asked to drop out. She was very understanding and said I was welcome to come back next time around. That was nice to hear, since I really feel like I'm copping out.
I think Jev and I are doing a bit better than last week. I was kinda cranky last night after having overdone a bit yesterday, but I let him know why, and we were both feeling rather sore.
I'm listening to my Garth CDs; Jev took three of them to work to listen to, and we'll swap tomorrow. Admittedly, I do have all the originals, but some are on tape. So now I have an almost complete collection, except for "The Hits." I think I'll send Jev the other discs though, when I get home. No sense having two copies, right? I now have box or multi-CD sets from Garth, George Strait, and the Judds; I"m waiting for Vince Gill to put o ne out, and I'm kicking myself for not getting the Elton John set a few years ago. I'd like the Billy Joel 2-disc set, too. *grin* You'd never guessed I really like music now, would you? *wink*

I did get some laundry done, and we went out to dinner and to Crown books. Neither of us found anything though, and we ended up getting home in time to catch the end of the X Files movie preview on FOX. Jev channel-surfed for a bit after that, and now he's tinkering with the computer and waiting for the line to be free so he can download the just-released upgrade for the modem.
