Sunday, June 28, 1998: King of Prussia, PA
Morning
Yep, Jev came up with the title this time. He booked us a room at the Park Ridge hotel in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, for a Saturday night stay, and we drove up yesterday morning.
Since I didn't know for sure if we'd be coming to the cross stitch festival, I never even bothered to look at the classes they were offering, and we only went to the merchandise mall. It was $10.50 for the two of us to get in (I paid, since I was the one who wanted to go), but the first thing we saw made it worth my while, at least.
There was a couple, holding up a large afghan, upon which had been stitched The Castle, the cross stitch project I've been working on. Jev just reminded me that we didn't have to pay to see that, but it still made my day.
