Hari Raya Idil-Fitri is celebrated by all Muslims after undergoing an entire month of Ramadan fasting.
As Singapore is a multi-racial society, the different races get to enjoy each other's festival celebrations... and of course, the FOOD! :) I was lucky enough to have been invited to attend the Hari Raya feasts of Malay friends and colleagues and I tell you, these feasts are really a culinary delight, especially if you love spicy food! ;)
Enough said! Here is a small collection of recipes for the Hari Raya celebrations. These dishes are also enjoyed throughout the year.
