This section is split into firstly, those parishes where entries relating to the Endellion branch have been found and secondly other Cornish parishes where references to Henwoods have been found All of the known Henwood entries for the parish of Bodmin relate to my other Henwood branch, but they are not yet available on this site.

Given that the predominant name running down this branch of the Henwood family is Thomas, a search of which parishes the name Thomas Henwood was found in during the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries revealed that although the majority lived in Cornwall (52), a surprising number also lived in Wiltshire (22), Berkshire (9) and Hampshire (8). There were also a few in Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Kent, London, Oxford and Sussex. Press here for another page with a list organised by parishes which are grouped by county.

St. Endellion

This following is a chronological list of the Henwood extracted entries. The earliest survivng registers are from 1732 for baptisms, 1735 for marriages and 1749 for burials. Fortunately some incomplete earlier information is available from a number of transcribed sources. The list below is not a complete list, but just a collection of the known entries.
