I don't remember meeting Glenn Mathews, I've simply always known him.  What has impressed me most about him is his dedication to the Lord's service and the fact that my father greatly admired him.  He is certainly an old family friend.  Probably one of my earliest memories of him is going to see him at one of his revival services in a local church.  I didn't want to stay in the nursery because I didn't know anyone.  When he got up to preach he started off by recognizing that my brother and I were there and compared us to Charmin, saying that we were squeezably soft.  That was a joke in our family for many years.

He continues to hold revivals in churches, mostly in the south, but occasionally in nothern states such as West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
