The QVC is a web page devoted to helping gay, lesbian, and bisexuals come to terms with their sexuality.
As of right now, we have advice, slogans, poetry, and political ideas devoted to the gay rights cause on this web page, mostly compiled from the book Reclaiming Pride: Daily Reflections on Gay and Lesbian Life by Joseph H. Niesen, Ph.D., a book published by Health Communications Inc. of Deerfield Beach, Florida, copyrighted in 1994.
In the future, I hope to include coming out stories from you, the readers of this web page, and a section designed to spotlight the increasing changes in government policy and church policy concerning homosexuality.
This web page is also not just for homosexuals, but for all sexual preferences, to learn more about the psychology and stigma of homosexuality and what is being done to change societal attitudes about homosexuality.
In the upcoming weeks, this site will get a major new facelift.

WHAT IS LAMBDA'S CALL?
Lambda's Call is the name of the new virtual gay chathouse in the far southwest end of the Ashteral block section of the online town called Metaverse, on www.colonycity.com. Sound complicated? To the untrained web surfer, it probably is. But you can link to the Lambda's Call homepage by clicking on the underlined link.
Above is a picture of the outside of the home. Once you become a member (its free) and make sure you have the appropriate plugins (also free) you can enter the 3D chat box and take a virtual tour of my online home. You walk around with your virtual avatar, of which you can choose one from a varied assortment of selections. The home also has a pool outside that you can take a dip in or just sit poolside and chat with your new virtual friends! Even if you choose not to go 3D, you can still participate in the regular chat room if you are a member.
I am hoping this new chat environment will be a big hit with you QVCers. Be sure to bookmark this site, as more features are added every month!
