There is so much fuss going on about the Jonesboro incident that I feel compelled to take notice. We all know that several little girls were murdered and the murderers were two little boys aged eleven and 13. The sympathy and charity is all directed at the deceased and nothing for the boys that did the killing. This is well and good, except for one small detail. The little girls are dead, and no amount of pious grieving, posturing and weeping will bring them back.
What about the little boys who are still alive? Do we know why these kids killed? Do we have a true picture of these kids? The truth is: it doesn’t matter.
What ever caused the boys to murder is beside the point. They did kill. The girls are dead. Those are the facts. What good does it do to blame the boys. Will it bring the dead ones back? No way. Will putting the boys in prison and keeping them there forever bring back the dead? No way. I won’t change a goddamn thing. The girls are dead, and they are going to stay that way.
The only thing it might do is satisfy the lust for revenge by the parents. Shall we destroy two more young lives simply to satisfy the base emotional needs of the parents? This is what the little boys were doing. Trying to satisfy their base needs, whatever they were. Now we want to sink to their level. And we think it’s okay simply because the law is on our side. Big deal! The little girls are dead. Would it be okay if they had been killed by cops? It would be legal. Does this make it okay? No way. Destroying beauty is evil - if such exists.
And the little boys who did the murdering are equally lovely as the little girls. Destroying them is equally as evil as destroying the little girls. Do I know why the little boys murdered? Yes, I do. Not that it matters but common sense tells us the boys were reared in an unnatural environment. Civilization as we know it is unnatural. The boys were fed a steady diet of garbage and bull shit from the day they were born. Crap in church, crap in school, crap in the home, crap on the (TV) so-called “Children’s Shows" – pure crap). It appears to me the children lived in dream world. They didn’t know the kids they killed would never come back to appear in the next episode. That’s the way it is on TV. And everybody knows TV is reality. Nothing else exists. If you don’t believe the kids live in a world of pure crap, consider our own government. At the time the killings occurred our omniscient government had already spent over $40 million to prove that our president,
1. Has a penis, and,
2. Has a sex drive,
and this is not acceptable. Our beloved president must be as clean and pure, as sexless, as a store-window dummy. The Christian Church will accept nothing less. With this kind of confusion running epidemic in our entire culture, is it surprising our children KILL? No way. The surprising thing is that it doesn’t happen more often. If you want perfect children, you must begin by perfecting yourself. And learning how to toss a basketball, drink beer, and trek piously to church every Sunday listening to some airheaded minister tell you how things are, is not the way. How do we become perfect? That, as they say, is another program.
