Links

Here you will find some of the usual cool links to other sites. If your smart you'll understand that what my interests are gives you a little insight in to the man that is CowboyRam. Each one of these sights really means something to me, which I've tried to describe it a little next to each picturelink.

What can I saw about this man - WOOF! LOL. Toby Keith in physical appearence is the end all be all of the type of man that I like. I like my men to the big ol country boy once QB type! Plus his got that little goatee. WOOF again.

Aside from the physical, he is another one of those country singers that just couldn't do a song that I wouldn't love. I first discovered him when he released Dream Walkin" and had seen the video for it from TNN or somewhere. The video is very clever from the standpoint that it illustrates through song and image what happens to all of us in our dreams.

How familiar objects can become faniciful items; the "pixie lights" around his lover which turn out later to be just swinging bare light bulbs, how we bounce from place to place within our dreams; Toby runs down a hall to chase the girl down only to find himself in the room she just disappeared into, and how that special person can haunt us within our dreams and memories of them. I applaud all those involved with creating the video itself. I bought the ablum and fell in love with the man; music wise not just the physical.

Toby Keith is a fella that has one of those rare gifts. He's got a gift for picking special songs and songs that he feels he should do, and he does them in a style and with a voice that not many other men could match. (Bravo Toby.) However, the industry has not recognized him and he hasn't really gotten very much airplay until the last year or so. It's something I don't understand, but am guessing that it has to do with supply and demand. I'm sure that radio stations feel a lot of pressure to play what people are demanding, but my opinion, we really don't need to hear Tim and Faith fifteen times a day. I love them as much as any other cowboy as you'll see later on the page, but let's give the other artists who have just as much talent a chance to be heard. We'd all be better country music listeners for it.

Check out Toby's cool new website for everything Toby, including a store, TV VCR alerts, news (including his male vocalist of the year award from CMA), vid clips and other things Toby.

Can we say AROOOOOOOOOOO! (wolf whistle) I'm sure you straight men and lesbians out there agree with me on this; Terri Clark is one good looking women. I thought the pictures in Fearless were worth the price of the CD alone.

Aside from her looks, though, she has one terrific voice. "Good Mother" leaves no doubt about that. Her music, songs and lyics really really speak to this cowboy, brining about a smile to his face, a tear to his eye and a touch to his heart that is unmatched by any other female C/W singer.

Like Toby, she is highly underatted by the industry.
Click on the pic above to get to her website which contains more faboo pics of Terri as well as a tour schedule, a schedule of TV appearences and Terri's own thoughts on songs from her current CD Fearless .

I originally bought this cowboys CD because I saw a picture of him in "Country Weekly" and he was just too good looking a man to pass up the chance to see what other pics were in the CD. Plus the price was right for him being a newcomer; $12.99. I figure if the CD stunk at least I'd have the chance of having the value of my money from the pics.

Boy did I get a surprise when I listend to the music! Chris has a got a great voice and I love the rocabilly style of his music. Plus, from what I've read about him he seems like an alriht guy. Even married a ol' sweatheart of his. Sorry to burst your bubble on that one boys, but any man who's man enough to marry a fille with two little foals already and who's not spooked by steppin' into the daddy role is man who's alright times 2 in my book.
Check out his website to learn a little more about this country boy. It contains a bio, tour schedule, fan club info and pics from fans.

What I really meant to say is that this girl is one good lookin' Georgia peach! Where do I start?!?! I sure would love to spend one long hot day in Georgia with her!

For those of you all that listen to Cyndi, you get the reference; those of you who don't, go out and by this little gal's CD. It's worth it. She's got a voice like butter on biscuts and as comforting as maple syrup in the morning! A nice breathy, husky quality of a voice that just turns this country boy into a puddle. Plus how could anyone's eyes get sore from lookin' at her!

Check out her website for a little more info on her. Like Cyndi, the site is a start up and I'm pretty sure was created as promo vehicle for when her album was to released this summer. As of this writing (November 23rd), the tour page doesn't go past October and neither does the news page. However there is a short biography about Cyndi, a download of her CD cover and a REAL MEDIA audio version of her song "What I Really Meant to Say". I'm sure that as time goes along the website will be as big as a Reba, AJ, Tim McGraw or Toby Keith site because after hearing her CD, I can't image anything other than big things for this girl if she wan't it.

How can you hate this man? The only reason to is because he has the life that all of us as men wish to lead; sucsessful in a career that we love, a beautiful partner by our side, great kids, plus a bud that's with you through the hard times and fun times as well. Tim McGraw is country's poster boy of the American Dream. Go on Tim!

Tim McGraw has been one of the men in country life that I tend to identify with in his music. I often tell people that if you want to know what's in my soul, listen to Tim McGraw. There is something about his music that makes me say to myself "How'd this boy write so many songs about the man inside me?"

Though I have never been struck dumb by the physcial appearence of this cowboy the way that so many of my man lovin' cowboy buds have, I sure do have a great admiration for the kind of guy that Tim seems to be on the inside, respectable, full of values and true and loyal to his family, friends and causes. One day, I do hope to meet this fella face to face just for the opportunity to shake his hand and tell him "You're one great, cowboy." I only wish that all these feelings for him could spill over for his website.

Back years ago when I first happen to discover the "funaddicts" the site was a real nice one; clean, easy to navigate and fun. With Tim's recent surgence into mega-stardom it seems that whoever has been keepin' up his web site has tried to clutter it with way to many facts about this about this boy from Start. And with the additon of the Set This Circus Down Wallpaper it makes most of the text particularly difficult to read. It does inlcude all the usual: bio, pics, fan club and, most usefull, Tim on TV with times and dates of his appearence on the tube.

One thumbs up point on the website is the highlight of his band Dance Hall Doctors. It list each of the individual members of the band with a short bio on them.

The site is worth a visit for those die hard fans of his, but again good luck being able to read all that's there without a bit of eye strain or just plain eye overload.

As Tim McGraw is the man that sings songs about the man inside me, Joe Diffie sings songs about the man I am. If there was ever another song that defined me me more it was "Pick Up Man." Plus this boys range of songs and range in his voice is unmatched in my opinion. He can do both humorus and touching and range from hick-hick to a deep river sound with his voice. Good Music.

His website includes all the usual that you see on any other music site: bio, tour info, fan club info and pics of both professional and media wise. The only dissapointment to me, was that there was not more of these pics.

This cowboy is someone who I had listened to a few years ago when he first came out with Dreamin' Out Loud. I enjoyed the music and it was one of my number one tapes that I played while crusin' around in my truck. I immediately went out and bought Big Time; and the dream ended. I really liked Trace and wantedt like the album, but for some reason it always became a chore to listen to it.

Fast Forward a few years to now and out comes Chrome. The dream is resurected. I really liked this album. I must say that when I listened to sample in the store it just sent shivers all up and down me the music hit me that hard. I am so proud that another one of my boys that I love isn't going to go down into oblivion. This album should go big time, and put Trace back on top.

If you don't have the album, go out and get it. His deep as the Grand Canyon barratone is like listenin' to a river run while fly fishing. It makes you feel that good.
Again, the site contains the usual. If you like real steel guitar, honky-tonky type of music check it on out.

Of course a site with a link to Tim McGraw wouldn't be complete without his partner in crime (in the non-literal sense), Kenny Chesney. Plus, the country boy is quite a looker. Another one you're eyes just don't get tired of looking at, long as he keeps his hat on. Being a bald by choice fella myself because in parts I'm not bald by choice I find that there are some men who sexxier with a bit of shine up on top. Chesney is not one of those men!

I hadn't noticed him at all before "She's Think's My Tractors Sexy" (a song that interestingly enough was offered to Tim, who turned it down) Shortly after that I bought his Greatest Hits album and the music on it is pretty good. Some songs are really touchin' to my heart and others are just kind of fun; good to dance to.
Definately check out his site for the pics. (This man looks fine in a suit or jeans and put him in something sleevless; just mop me up and put me in a bucket!) Plus, for tour info, FAQs and tour/fan info.

I don't care what many people say about this fella or "Achy-Breaky Heart". I think that he's got a real talent that once again is overlooked as it can not be mass marketed. Some Gave All, Trail of Tears, Southern Rain prove that he is a man of much talent. BTW, "Burn Down the Trailer Park" is a hoot!

There are a number of websites decicated to BRC. A number of them fan oriented. I find that best are www.asismanagement.com/billy-ray-cyrus and www.BRCSpirit.com the official page.
