Neal Broten is the greatest Minnesota born hockey player of all time and a North Star forever.

He is the only player ever to win a Minnesota State Hockey Championship, NCAA Tiltle, Olympic Gold Medal and a Stanley Cup Title. His jersey is now retired by the Dallas Stars!

The North Stars left Minnesota for Dallas in 1993. Since then no NHL team has been brought to Minnesota, a couple have tried but with no success. One is on the way but is still a year away. This is dedicated to the Minnesota Hockey fans who have endured the last 5 years without a team.
