On June 19, 1994 Lim Soo Phin and I joined a group of more than 20 Malaysian from Sabah, left Kota Kinabalu and flew to Australia. After an overnight stay in Manila, the capital of Philippines, we took a midnight flight to Brisbane, Australia.

June 11, we reached Brisbane and after taking an early breakfast at China Town we drove to Gold Coast, a beautiful and peaceful city in Australia. In Gold Coast, we visited Movie World and Sea World. On June 14, we took an afternoon flight to Sydney, the largest cities of Australia.

In Sydney, we visted China Town, Wildlife Park, and Opera House. On June 16, after an early breakfast in our hotel we took a coach and travelled to Camberra, the capital of Australia where we visited Mount Ainslie, War Memoral, Embassy buildings and the billion dollar Parliament House. In the late afternoon we rejoined our coach and drove back to Sydney. June 17, we took an evening flight to Manila and stayed overnight before going back to Sabah.
