The factory were I was injured, dismissed me from work, -contrarily to rules and to association agreement. The labor organization betrayed me by refusing to defend me.
Because of injury I had no chance for employment; -then I demanded by suit to return to my job and the indemnity. On the trial session the witness of the factory suddenly (against expectations) began to say the truth. -Particularly, he witness that the factory has suggested pay me 12 000 LIS as indemnity. -It is a sum of half years salary, etc. In the moment as the witness began with true evidence the judge did stopped to record them. -He stopped the trial session as tough he have not the authority to manage the trial because of a great size of the claimed compensation. After the other judges prevented the witness too. At last the suit has hearing as appeal in the Supreme Court. -The Supreme Court judge A. Barak there canceled my suit claim against the factory without arguments; -he wrote in in his decision: "-There is nothing in the appeal. -The court did a favor charity while canceled the suit, but not reject it.""..See: Civil trial 811/79; and Civ.Appeal 819/82.

The last 12 years I am harassed by a court suits from the government company for housing for new jewish immigrants, "AMIDAR"; -The company's managers tried to throw me out of the flat, where I dwell according to the law. "Amidar" is not the owner, -the flat was given to me orderly by the Ministry of Absorption in 1976. The management of "Amidar" filed four trials one after one to throw me to the street and claims exaggerated rent to robber a helpless man; -The company's lawsuit and financial terms based on a fictive contract(not existing agreement). -The real reason for this lawless lawsuits was a combination of the wrong approach to immigrants and the primitive volition to extortion them!!! Unfortunately, the judgement of this trials have been tendentious. The judge of this trials changed and omitted parts of the session proceedings on purpose to impede my position in these trials.
For example: -in the trial session, after I caught the Amidar's witnesses on false evidence, -the judge ordained the present persons to leave the courtroom (before issue us the proceedings)?! -Than for half hour she handled the proceeding in computer: -Finally, the judge changed and omitted from the computer all proofs I could use for arguments and disclose the false evidence given by "Amidar" managers.(see continue). -After my complain to the administration on wrong conduct of my trial, -in contrary to my complain the judge were risen in grade!! (-Now she is a district judge)! Because judge tendentious I was not allowed to see the documents which I need for handling my defense. -The documents my be disclose according to the law!!. Have been more others violations acts...
-Because of my resisting and complains to the cabinet on negation of my rights in trial process, the judge plotted against me an incrimination of prosecution on court discredit. -By judge status he influenced the police; -the false evidences by the police investigator used the basis for the crime trial..-It was their dirt work; -theirs provocation could end with me in prison for 5 years. This "crime process" was canceled just two years late, after my appeal to the Supreme court. -On the session -my assertion, plea and evidence were confirmed by the procurators; -This fabricated crime was cancelled by High Court chief Meir Shamgar; -his verdict say:
- "On my opinion there was not the slightest cause for opening this crime process". The country has reported on return from his charge."

Passed 22 years of violation. By wrong lawless judge's decision has eliminated my right on the flat.
