I start to discover facts of existing the social violence in Israel by disclose the killing of my mother in the governmental "Rambam" hospital. The Supreme Court with actual chief taken an activity part in sabotaje inquest my mothers murder and abuse.
-In 1984 caused violent dead of my motheer in governmental hospital. The Israeli administration sabotage and prevented my right on inquest; -I can not agree with this wrong positioon of Israeli authority and their exertion to cover the murder caused in governmental hospital "Rambam" and the exertion to secure for the killers of my mother. -I sure that the case of murder has relaation with a general atmosphere of the social violation in Israel. -In our country there is felony that recceive gross profit -thanks of existing the ethnic intolerance . These exertion to cover the facts of crime acts would cause in the future a partibility to grow the hostility between brothers and to grow a disturbance of Israeli community and its demoralization.
-The chief of orthopedic department kneww premeditate, -that in result of his deadly decision oof cancel the need medicine against diabetes and blood pollution, -the old lady will death (it will be expplain below).
-I have a perpetual obligation before myy mother: -not forget and to expose the homicide aand the murders with they partners associated for her's homicide and to show they curators. The several principle facts(updated): -The light diabetic disease occurred no long time before, -one year before we don't know of diabettic illness. -The physician not found the reason of tthe last time's illness. -Yet, after I sow the wound on the thumb of the right leg our physician immediately send us to the hospital for amputate the thumb that caused because the diabetes disease.

In 19 August 1984 we came put in "Rambam" hospital with complain on thumb casualty. In this day my mother was release at home within diagnose of "DRY THUMB GANGRENE" and was given a medicine prescription for treatment. Of this first-time visit I am not remember carefully the circumstances, who has decided on not observation my mother for finger amputation in this day;
-Him in this day we would accept for thuumb amputation, then could not be the story of old lady's murder.
-In 30.8.84 we come back to the hospital because aggravation. -But this day dr Shifrin ordered not hospitalize my mother opposite to her's leg badly condition and heat. -But on this time his colleagues accept my mother in hospital opportunity to dr's Shifrin directive, after this doctor leaved the hospital. -It's happened after the midnight. - Accordance to proposal of hospital's Doctor Chanany prescribe that my mother could take some time an antibiotic by infusion and one time daily she take a bathtub with Iodin mixture for her foots. -A.M promise that during this treatment the finger will becoming dry and will fell down by itself. - This way could prevent the surgery complication. -Then we were agree with AM Chanany prescribe for the special treatment instead of thumb amputation; In few first days of treatment the foot become to normal condition and the thumb where black and small. But after few days of successful(!) treatment, the chief doctor did not enable his young colleague do according to his practice, -he requested thumb amputation only.The negligence nursing
I have many complains against a wrong nursing handling as caused aggravation of a health condition and caused my mother's death: -a part of personal the orthopedics treated with negligence (may be they wanted to support their boss against the other doctor..), -they had bring to naught the diligence of all good people.-The facts of negligence treatment I have seen myself and the learning of the medicine problems for my petition to the Supreme Court got me understood what had happen here: -The blood infection caused by dirty buckets using in the hospital for foot-bath and for floor washing too. I complained about this before the hospital's chief nurse. So a dry thumb ulcer converted to wet gangrenous condition. Now the blood influence caused disturbances in her's diabetic disease and needed insulin treatment and control. This blood infection caused the leg amputation and the mother's death two months later. The hand of my mother is witness One day I have seen the procedure of taking blood for examenation. This time were come a group of students for practic lesson. The doctor, which take the blood does with negligence; as she do not closed the wound after she took out the needle, and the blood continued to flow out . After I asked to close the wound, she asked me go out the room. After this trietment the old ledies hand was seen as on this photo, that I did on second day.
I have many complains about wrong treatment that caused my mother's death, -apart from writing above. -But the death caused because the doctor Shifrin ordered to stop a medicine. -It was a planned murder. - But the police and solicitorship and court made obstruction to the inquest of death against the Law of Inquest. Even the Supreme Court's ordinance for inquest (the murder), -the inquest was not realized. The people must know what treatment expect them and the meaning of judicial justice and judicial activity.

-The negligence nursing was a part of crime. ------------------------------------------ Frequently, by my visits I saw that the infusion needle was not infused into the vein and the antibiotic were ooze went out. -One day I saw while my mother took the foot-bath procedure, that the solution(Iodine) seems as muddy water. I asked mother why is the solution so turbid? -The old lady told me that she complaineed to the nurse that the Iodine Solution was very burning; -then the nurse pushed the medical soluttion and filled the bath with water.
-After I explained that the Iodine soluttion bath is a part of the treatment, the old lady didn't complained more about burning. I complained about the nurse negligence to the chief nurse (Jaffa?), then she ordered for not using more the nickel buckets for floor washing. (I rush to write more facts because I fear that there are the rampage people want and acts for arrest me:) -While in few days of home treatment I ssaw that the foot is not in stability condition and the body temperature is no stabile, then after consulting with physician my mother was accepted in "Carmel" hospital. -In 21.9.84 my mother was set aside fromm hospital (when he got heat 38(!) how it writing above.) in spate of the antibiotic treatment ..-I would remind: -after my mother's deatth in 1984 in a government hospital because of the wrong treatment I requested for the inquest of my mother's murder. But the police and solicitorship and court made sabotage for the inquest of death against the Law of Inquest. Opposite the Law, -the Supreme Court administration did not accept my petition for inquest mother's dead,
-few times they returned my petition witth mail. -They lied as though the High court has not authority for these petition. -Passed one with half years of my fighting, when take place the two hours session of the High Court for Justice by judges Gabriel Bach, Moshe Baisky and Eliezer Goldberg gave the decree. -18 june 1986 in HC_J 115/86 they ordered to coroner to inquest my mothers dead and answer me for time 45 days the relation within the prevention the medicine with the death (The translate attachment below). -But contrare the verdict of High Court for Justice(!) the inquest of the violent death no was executed! These court administration sabotaged the decree: -the registrar of the Supreme Court not sent the Supreme Court's rules to the judge in Haifa. -Then, after my many requests to execute the verdict, three years after the murder(!) he passed the self petition(with the old verdict) especially to judge A. Barak, while I resisted to these lawless act in general and on other hand I resisted for given the judge Aharon Barak personal to conduct this file. I knew before that this man will act lawless, abuse. ( he is liberal discharge vachtman Ivan Demianuk ), -But I could not to prevent intervene this man: -The tendentious scenario was writing before. -Then the constant group of judge A. Barak, -Shlomo Levin and Eliezer Goldberg were did their wrong act: -they lawless returned busied in my petition while there verdict given by three honor Supreme Court judges -as written here, -then contrary the law the judges intervened in previous verdict given by their colleagues, so, as they refused my the self petition in the way, as if they not know and no seen the verdict that their colleagues given in the some petition. It very difficult for understand the psychology of hypocrisy and cynicism our Supreme Court chief. I wish accent that judge Eliezer Goldberg was one the judges given the first decree ordered to Haifa's judge -to execute Inquest. I am attending that sir Goldberg requested more of other judges to prove my suspicion about murder my mother. -As explained above, I proved with knowlege to all three judges the reason of murder my mother by doctor. It was a long session for maybe two hours; -only after I proved my plea, the judges gave the decree. -As I had replied to sir Goldberg that his request to the dead's mother son, to prove his suspicion of violent dead (by prevention the treatment),was injustice, contrary the Inquest law 1948 .. The request was needless and lawless and abusing.. And after all, without any logical argue he taken part in annulling verdict that he personal got.... -I hope that he will be a good Governmental Revisor.. I appealed by Appeal 699/85 in 1985 and after suggested the petition in High Court HC_J 115/86. -My trials are not publication with others. -May be because a modesty. But between all the journalists only the writer of newspaper "Hadashot"(news) detected an interest for us: -on the agreed day she arrived to Haifa (this was after ablation of my mother's leg, when my mother hospitalized in the hospital " Carmel "). She visit my home and photographed my mother in the hospital. But at the finish -she also interrupts this business, up to in order so that scarcely I succeeded to receive from her the negative of one photography of my mother after an ablation of her leg. -All the free press -pounded from me... Dry gangrene- in 19.8.84; We come back to the hospital "Rambam"....... -in 30.8.84; my mother set aside from hospital (heat 38(!) -in 21.9.84; Mommy was hospitalized in the hospital "Carmel" .2.10.84 amputated her leg in "Carmel". .............. in 6.10.84; she was passed to the hospital " Flyman ".... in 24.10.84; she was transferred to the hospital "RAMBAM" . in 9.12.84; (nine days afterwards CAUSED THE MURDER ..... in 18.12.84.

*********************************In "Carmel" hospital caused another , I have my doubts about the quality of decisions of the chief doctor of the orthopedic department at the hospital "Carmel" -to amputate the leg. The wrong decision to release the patient with sepsis process from "Carmel's" hospital to geriatric hospital. It is difficult for me to talk negative because there are the nurse treatment was satisfying, well. I will tell the truth : When we came to the "Carmel" hospital I told the orthopedic department chief doctor that after antiseptic treatment by infusion the antibiotic -"Garamicin" in "Rambam" hospital in timme of the clinic treatment the condition of my mother's leg begin improved, -but after release old ledy home, after the domestic treatment caused an aggravation of the gangrene and her health. I implore the chief doctor asking for start the treatment of "GARAMICINE" infusion immediately. But the doctor did not gave antibiotic, but ordered to cease it and after more for daily pause from treatment, take the blood for laboratory examination. I remember, it was very hard for me to concur with this decision of the physician in spite of his decent and good reasons, becouse it was seen the agravation. Then I asked to begin with antibiotic treatment right after taking the blood for laboratory examination. But only after received the results an examination of laboratory as two days after we came to the hospital, only then she allowed to start the antibiotics treatment. -I feel my blame because can't to defendd my mother. -Up this time nobody not told us of bloood pollution. -I do not understand the reason of decission of the immediately leg amputation. -My question: -If there is a difference in a surgery'ss salary for the thumb or salary for leg amputation. Short time after of her leg ablation, even before has closed the wounds on two legs, -the doctors released old lady from the hospital and sent her to the rehabilitation hospital on name "Flyman". Maybe more several days continuing the intensive treatment in the hospital "Carmel" would prevent the terrible that announced afterward. -It was need to control of the blood pollution existing. -In the instructions for passing us from the "Carmel" hospital these doctors prescribed for the "Flyman's personal to continue by the antibiotic treatment and does various medicine examinations. Astounded me a strange odour, akin to the smell of kerosene, petroleum and I questioned thereon. The attendants did not expound it to me. Then I thought that maybe it was aroma of the bed's instrument. At morning when I came in the morgue identity the body, after opened the cabin with a body there was the odour acute and strong alike to the petroleum and acetone. After I studied the medical topic of diabetes, I learned that this odour is specific, was created in the human body in case of dies because a DIABETIC Coma or Glucomie Coma. The topic of the specific odour I kept as a "secret" in order to use it at the time of inquest the death reasons. -For to catch the lier on deception. -Then, the knowledge of the facts and the medical aspect of it could be convinced of my ability to explain the murdering of my mother, in spite of all disruption that anywhere would cause to the inquest. *******************************************In the hospital "Flyman" the chief of department directed not give the antibiotic as orders the "Carmel" hospital doctors and in spate of my request on this treatment. Dr Leaberman, that signed on the hospital's release letter not were a partner for the decisions, -she does according to the instruction of chief department dr GASPARU that determined a himself's medicine policy in the department according to his outlook conception and himself psychology. The medical panel convince me that my mother's condition is good and has not needs for giving of antiseptic drugs. -they prescribed take tablets from sugar and heart and except allowed her a complex of vitamin "B" that I asked. The nurses bandages the wounds in a closed room and even once not it's possible for me to see the alterations, but they promised me that the condition good and improves. This time the old lady was independent, she know her's company, learned to steer the invalid vehicle; -all visible normal. I had necessary to travel for 10 outdoor days from Haifa. They covered danger of second gangrene. When I returned from errand they announced me of urgent way decision to release my mother from the hospital at home without giving the prosthetic appliance and on terminate a treatment. The decision was strange. I do not remember the circumstances that I succeeded to see the wounds of operation dump and the wet gangrene on the right's foot thumb, that cultivated under the pretty bandages and without cure therapy and not get see to old lady's son. That happened because of intermission and prevention of antiseptic treatment, inflammation the post operation wounds and developed the wet gangrene on the right foot. -The sugar examinations were risen up to 300 and converted to unstable, it need insulin infusion therapy and careful control. Dear reader I write briefly, the details evidences would give a gravest picture of the medicine that caused my mother's death. But few details I must refer, -they may explain the tie, relations between other facts. ************************** * The humane manager * ************************** -After the Flyman's doctors modes me the decision to set aside my mother at home I appealed to the Flyman's hospital manager dr Perel (he personally visit in the "Carmel" hospital for medical inspection the quest if my mother's hilt condition is applicable for his geriatric hospital). I sermon to repeat the antiseptic treatment, according to the "Carmel" hospital's specialist instructions. In 4 of December 1984 Dr Perel wrote me a lengthy answer: -that he could understand my expression on the my mother's banishment from the hospital; yet dr Perel accent me that he myself is very sensitive, humanity man, but my mother's condition is not applicable to be in the geriatric hospital! I replied a quest for dr Perel: -why he personality(!) decide to accepts the patient needs a special treatment to his geriatric hospital??; -why does not give the patient need treatment, and why not give the patient's son see the leg condition and why for long time the patient's son not apprised on the gangrene evolution??! -You see how before son's eyes in government hospital the doctors in two months wounded his mother and he can not resist and do anything. -At home I would give the need antibiotic, then the gangrene could not caused. But in the government hospital you believe in doctors knowledge and in his humanity! -By this circumstances( In the 6 December) was carried out the examination of the blood and revealed me on exist of blood pollution and discovered bacillus " PROTEUS " and the drug " GARAMICYN " that sensitive against the bacillus. Obviously here, him in the hospital "Flyman" would continued by the GARAMICYN treatment according to specialists directions, then not took place a deterioration of the patient condition. At next time would iteration to the hospital "Rambam". It astounded me from hypocrisy of public doctors discussions on medical ethics in the dilemma of doctors right to cease of the artificial life support for a doom patient or it is illicit by the medicine ethics. In my mother's case was necessary only to continue in the common cure, my be during a few more days -that needs in order for neutralize the murderous bacillus that was languish. -If our doctors would does according to instructions then my mother could live more 10 years at least. It needs the common treatment and a little of humanity. But in the reality, to her physicians was not a drop of humanism or human conscience or responsibility.

But I convinced that for many our leaders, to the judges, and to the physicians, and to the many clerks of different offices, that I met them in my way, does was not an educator which would teach they do not hurt for others. -My old, my ancient Got!! -They murdered my old mother, -the old lady; She all Friday evenings lighted the Shabat Light for You! -Why You gave the power to the murders?! - Why You permitted they to be between peoples?? -They received a salary for murder. - My old Got! -Where are You??! -I white for Yours requital to the killers!! -Now I sure: -Do not was any need in the leg amputation, -not was need make the amputation in our Sacred Day. -They caused the betray murder of my mother for money, -they received for their crime the treble salary! -As though they worked the holiday!! -The evil did on our Holy Land at our Sacred Day ! -They outraged on, they mutilated the helpless old lady. -This crime was perpetrate for money. *********************************** WE RETURN TO RAMBAM'S HOSPITAL *
********************************** I opposed for mother's return to the "Carmel" hospital because a remember of brutality amputation her's left leg for two months before. -I looked for "good hurt's" surgery doctor that could try amputate the minimum of passible. -Others my mother would left without two legs!!. Then I pointed to dr Chanany from Rambam's hospital (he first receive my mother to Rambam hospital) and I asked him to be a surgery for us. -Dr Chanany agree, but he warned me that he could not help us if my mother would return to the orthopedic "B"(because relations with dr Shifrin). - I got agree with other doctors that my mother will be accept in "Rambam's" general surgery department "A". -But unfortunately after our arrival my old mother could not wish to change the orthopedic "B" on other department because she has accustomed to the peoples there. Then I wrote to the manager of orthopedic "B", prof Raise and asked him for ordering dr Shifrin so that he will not involve in my mother's treatment and surgery.But dr Shifrin continued his wrong intervention in my mother's treatment. From day to day more. Suddenly he ordered to interrupt the medical examinations; -then he prescribe the inactive drug instead of Garamicine. In the morning 18 of December he canceled all medicine! I asked the chief of these orthopedic department, prof Raise and his other chief deputy, he is a professor too, I appealed to the hospital's director, prof Brand.. All these doctors, who worked this day asked dr Shifrin to cancel his death ordering. But he did not agree. The doctors persuaded me that to morrow at morning(!) the Shifrin's order will be changed to a better. It was near 6 o'clock in the evening 18 December; my mother asked me go home for resting. Generally she felt commonly. -Then I left the hospital with hope that in the morning my mother will get the need medicine and will change to better. -I would ask the doctors now: -if the educated doctors, professors with much experience, -if they did not knew before: -what does will happen in a few short hours, - before the morning light!?! -They could must know... -The doctors does not want to argue with they's colleague. What happened de-facto is wrote at the beginning of this. The death happened because of the barbarous behavior of dr Shifrin and our helplessness for myself's life defending. ************ end *********** In next sequel will tell on the police's within the court's obstruction for inquest the murder in government hospital.
I wish talk the familia rights for inquest. The government's and court's lawless torture and abuse against the citizen needs intervention of the Human Rights organizations against criminal doctors violence. I wish to add, that between the doctors, caused the wrong treatment, the mutilation and my mothers death -was not any doctor from Russian, -the majority of the doctors were from the prosperity rumanian or germanic extractions. It is very strange seen, as in all cases of complain of worst service of the officials, the Police Minister and all other political functionaries always answered me, as if the police were executed according to the Law and there are not found any pervert in the police functionality. -Now I can by Internet to show the evideence and to prove before public that all there official functionaries had gave fabricate answers. Normally: -if from a moment reception complain of violate dead the police indebted quickly does their inquiry and without pause to hand over the evidence for judge's inquest.
