Every so often a dream comes along, so coherent that it just has to be recorded. This one was such a dream that took place a few years ago. I was walking down a corridor in some kind of coaching inn. Outside, the clay tiled roof stood out orange in the strong afternoon sunlight. I just had the feeling that this was somewhere in Southern Europe. I knew that the door to my room was just ahead on my left. Opposite the door was an old mirror with the silver backing peeling that’s how I knew how I looked. Then suddenly I heard a lady’s voice at some distance behind me. She was singing. I couldn’t distinguish any words, but this folk type song and her voice had a real haunting almost intoxicating quality. I turned and just caught a glimpse the lady crossing the hall and disappearing. I awoke with her voice still ringing in my ears.
