This is an excellent source of information for the beginner that has some background of Wicca and the experienced. This is almost like a great cookbook...ideas, information, and experiments are all combined into one book. Silver gives you your homework in this one and leaves it up to you to complete it. This is why this is not only a super book for the novice it is also a smart way to brush up on the fundamentals that "pros" may have forgotten about. Easy to understand and follow... but no skipping chapters...like algebra you have to build on what she is saying. Highly recomend it to anyone interested in the Craft and those who are just "wondering."
