herefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
(Revelation 12: 12) KJV

SATAN'S FINAL JUDGEMENT

Thank the powerful and merciful Lord God of the Universe. He has provided a means whereby we may escape the clutches of His most intelligent, beautiful and yes, even blameless creation (Ezekiel 28:12,15).

Before the fall, Lucifer was a shining star of the morning, the most prized "son of God." But his pride undid him and a third of the heavenly host who rebelled against their magnificent Creator. How many more humans, created in the image of God, will he cunningly lead astray?

The prophetic element in Scripture has 100 percent predictive accuracy, thus proving it is the writing of God Himself. Fortunately, it describes the outcome of the war in heaven.

Genesis 3:15 first announces the ultimate defeat of Satan -- "It (Christ, "her" seed) shall bruise (crush) thy head." The seeming minor victory ("thou shalt bruise (bite) His heel") is the means whereby sinful man is redeemed, a fact preached by Jesus Himself in the prison of the damned immediately after His Resurrection.

The power of death through sin which Satan held over the head of mankind since the fall in the Garden, was broken once and for all at Calvary's Cross.

During the Tribulation, Satan will be knocked from his lofty position as "prince of the power of the air" and cast down to earth to begin his final siege (Revelation 12:13).

When Messiah appears at the "parousia" (Second Advent) with His "saints" and the heavenly host in tow, Satan's bestial masterpiece will be defeated and he himself will be bound in unbreakable chains in the abyss for the duration of the Millenial Reign of Christ ("Thy kingdom come on earth" for a thousand years - Revelation 20:2-3).

Finally, after being released "for a season" to wreak his final havoc upon weak mortals who simply cannot accept their true God, the adversarial accuser goes to his certain defeat -- cast into the horrific lake of fire for all eternity (Revelation 20:7-10).
