Subjects and themes in each genre will vary. Some books reviewed may belong to series while others stand alone. Note: some books may possibly fall into more than one category. Subsequent classification will be according to my judgment and may not necessarily reflect the original intention of the author or publisher.

I'll occasionally review a book that falls outside any of these categories, such as mysteries or suspense thrillers. Rest assured: I'll never review books I don't like, so every tome that appears on these pages will contain something I think readers will enjoy.

I'll try to update these reviews every two or three weeks, but please don't hold me to it. I can usually read one book a week--in two or three days if I really like it--but there are always external matters to deal with.

Genre Indicators
Each page will have animations in the corners. For efficiency's sake I won't display the graphics here, but I will define the animations for you.

• A puissant spellcaster will guard the top corners of each Tomes of Spellcasting page.
• A fearsome flyer will haunt the top corners of each Tomes of Shadowstalking page.
• A wobbling whatsit will explore the top corners of each Tomes of Starhopping page.
• A rangy runner will prowl the top corners of each Tomes of Miscellany page.

These graphics may also appear in the Galactic Theater if a movie falls into their categories.

If any page has more than one of the above indicators, then either the book (or movie) is straddling between two genres or there is something wrong. Please let me know as soon as possible so I may make adjustments.
