Updated the "About Me" section to reflect changes in my programming experience over the last year. Added to the IRC humor page (that page will be updated continuously, so I'll probably stop talking about it on this page).

New IRC humor. Fixed a couple of dead links. Added as many of the Pascal programs I wrote in the 3rd semester as I could find. Two new programs of varying usefulness: a wordwrapper and a reply-maker.
