MUTANT COMICS OPERATING RULES EIC reviews submissions for new writers. The Submissions Board vote on any and all writer additions. The Submissions Board, formed of;     Kingbob--Editor-in-Chief and Writer of PROJECT:Excalibur;     JFive--Assistant Editor and Writer of Templar and Askani;     Dragonblade--Writer of Avalon. Editors can veto plots at any time with due reasoning MUTANT COMICS UNIVERSE RULES No Time Travel. No Alternate realities (accecptions are permited by EIC on a case to case basis). You have to give a release for all original characters Mutant Comics to use them for their entire publishing life if you decide to resign. All stories are subject to editing for continuity, established or reserved. The stories must be between 15k and 30k. Original characters (limit 3 per title) are subject to a through backround requirement including but not restricted to History, powers, personality, childhood and siblings. NEW ONGOING TITLE A six issue full plot rundown. Basic plots for issues 6 through 12. A two page writing sample. A list of characters you want to use. REPLACEMENT ON EXISTING TITLE Full plots for your first six issues. Basic plots to your 12th issue. A two page writing sample. A write up of proposed character developments. *NOTE* New Characters are not to be used until the series is in it's 5th issue minimum. MINI-SERIES Full plots for the series.
