North Carolina Pulled Pork
The Lexington Collection
North Carolina Barbecue. Mmm-mmm! Makes my mouth water. From the heart of my
barbecue world comes a delicious site to give you the latest BBQ Lingo and
joint reviews. Plus the origins of barbecue and plenty of piggy portraits.
This is a truly Southern site with a wonderful article about kudzu, another
about golf, and a collection of stirring quotes everyone wishes they'd said
first.
The Hog Wild Barbeque Page
How to cook whole hog North Carolina style.
The Big Pig Jig
The Georgia Barbecue Championship held in BBQ City, USA outside Vienna, GA.

Commerce awarded more than $12,000 in cash and trophies.
Girls Who Eat Ribs
Celebrating rib lovers for rib lovers and rib lover lovers!
If you'd like to see sexy women eating juicy ribs, then this site is for
you. There's a disclaimer about nudity, but we didn't see any the few times
we've visited this site. Still, I wouldn't take my kids there.
Boss Hawgs
How to cook whole hog Mississippi style.
The BBQ Homepage!
This self-proclaimed lover of barbecue built his own grill and named it
"The Blue One." He offers a how-to if you'd care to build your own and
plenty of recipies. There's also the coolest pig I've ever seen on the web
waiting to greet you when you arrive at the site.

This twelve year old likes pigs, and confesses he also likes to eat them.
Hey, sounds like our kind of kid. He's just beginning to build his site, but
it promises to be worthy of future visits. Drop in and confess your taste
for "the other white meat." Who knows, we may be viewing the page of a future
great Pitmaster.
Team Mumu Pit Cooking Page
How to tell dinner from a hole in the ground.
Why anyone would want to dig a hole in their backyard and throw food in it, I don't know.
These guys never say what prompted them to set out testing various theories
on how to cook food in the ground, but they go about it pretty well. They
cook everything in the ground, then vacuum it clean!!!
The Internet Barbeque Review
Reviews to barbecue joints around the country sorted by name and state.
The sitemaster, Phil, even lists some of his favorites--at least two from
Atlanta!
Garry's BBQ Pit
The Smoke Ring Homepage
This is where you can get on board a ring of more than seventy sites
devoted to barbecue and smoked meat. I suppose we ought to see about joining
the ring, but I don't like the picture they use for a logo.
