After listening to the broadcast earlier this month of your interview with David Frost in his "NEXT PRESIDENT" series; and considering "(my) present situation" in relation to the contents of the enclosures that pertain to "Irangate" but because the circumstances described weren't addressed in the "Tower Commission" or U.S. Congressional Iran-Contra Committee reports will remain an issue of international "concern" long beyond those reports being filed away in U.S. Government archives--i decided i should make a submission to you due to your role in these matters in 1978 and since i resumed the "International Diplomatic Work...on a direct basis" as SPECIAL DIPLOMATIC ADVISER TO THE U.S. PRESIDENT and again contacted you following Senator Edward Kennedy's 1985 trip to South Africa.
Presuming the integrity of Senator Kennedy, i trust you realize
that in past on a number of occasions i made submissions to
him--chiefly because he did visit South Africa as i was informed
in 1978 he intended to at an appropriate date in future in
relation to the plans formulated then; but as well because he
also assumed a leading role in the nuclear freeze movement as i
expected him to since 1978 and this also related to my work at
that time--and in those submissions to Senator Kennedy, included
statements addressed either to you or to you as well as others,
and asked Senator Kennedy to forward them to you.
In this case, i hope i can ask you to reciprocate by ensuring
that Senator Kennedy receives copies of these enclosures.
I have been working for almost a year on what may be my final
report as SPECIAL DIPLOMATIC ADVISER TO THE U.S. PRESIDENT for
Ronald Reagan, and originally intended to include these document
copies in the next registered letter to SPEAKER OF THE U.S.
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Jim Wright, Senator Kennedy's fellow
Democratic Party member, which is to contain the third and final
segment of this potentially final report to President Reagan.
However, while i have been receiving a series of letters from
CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE MINISTER Ms. Pat Carney (or her
Ottawa office) addressed to me on the basis of the two
authorities invested in my name since 1978 subsequent to
statements by me about the October 19, 1987 stock markets
crash,* and i've also received the December 28, 1987 letter from
John J. Phelan, Jr., CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE
NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE--indicated by the enclosed
copies--though i expect to hear from President Reagan providing
me with instructions how he would have me complete the
"International Diplomatic Work...on a direct basis" to his
satisfaction...i haven't.
Rather, i note that on January 11, 1988 in Cleveland, he
contended that:
And when asked by reporters whether he would let Vice-President George Bush tell all that he knows about "Iran-Contra"/"Irangate", he went on to say that none of his aides had engaged in "what (he) consider(s) law-breaking," so he did not rule out an eventual pardon or pardons for any of them.
Also tying my hands to prevent me from completing this
potentially final report as SPECIAL DIPLOMATIC ADVISER TO THE
U.S. PRESIDENT for Ronald Reagan has been a certain, rather
evident understanding of these circumstances raised by me in "my
September, 1987 statement to INDEPENDENT SPECIAL PROSECUTOR
Lawrence Walsh (sent c/o Senator Daniel Inouye by registered
letter on September 19, 1987).

I DIDN'T FORESEE A U.S. PRESIDENT ARGUING VEHEMENTLY OVER THE DEFINITION OF THE WORD "IS" AND BEING TAUGHT/LEARNING NOTHING FROM WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM AS A RESULT.
SO, THIS WEBSITE ENDED UP BEING FAR MORE DETAILED THAN I ORIGINALLY ENVISIONED IT.
WHEN I'VE HAD THE TIME TO PREPARE THE SPECIFIC DOCUMENT REFERRED TO OR I HAVE FOUND AN APPROPRIATE TERM OF REFERENCE TO EXPLAIN A PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCE, INEVITABLY THAT WILL BE WHAT THE LINKS LEAD TO.
OTHERWISE, THE EMOTION OF GOING TO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, I TRUST, MAKES A CERTAIN POINT ABOUT THE NATURE OF DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE AND/OR CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES...EVEN WHEN A GREAT DEAL OBVIOUSLY IS AT STAKE.
