    Mashriq Iraq Relief Project 2000 (1420/21 A.H.)

Mashriq.org Announces Relief Program for Iraq

The Irfani Tariqat (http://www.mashriq.org), a sufi organization which advocates for Universal Human Rights, has joined forces with the humanitarian organization, Life for Relief and Development (http://www.lifeusa.org), in an effort to deliver relief supplies to the suffering masses of `Iraq.

Mashriq.org will be sending a delivery of medicine and relief supplies to the people of Iraq.  Here are some ways to join in this effort.

First, you can make a donation by filling out the Mashriq.org Relief Project Form and sending in a check to Relief for Life and Development. Please annotate your check in the note section that this is for the Mashriq.org Relief Project.  You can also make an online donation to the project using a major credit card by clicking on the Mashriq.org Credit Card Form

Second, you can print out these forms and distribute them to your masjids, churches, LSA's or other organizations interested in participating in the relief project.

Third, you can collect medicines from you local hospital. These will be sent to Iraq when we are prepared for the shipment.

Fourth, you can contact shipping companies to ask them to donate the costs of sending a shipping container to Aqabah, Jordan.

     Call Mashriq.org at 1(800) 949-2145
