Propaganda takes more forms than just the posters at the bottom of this page. It can also reveal itself in movies, advertising, radio, and TV. As long as those in charge of producing those things agrees with a paticular message, it'll worm its way into whatever is being produced. This is happening here, today.
Watch the news, then compare it with some of the news on the internet. Are you hearing the stories you probably should be? In most cases, you're not. Get yourself a My Yahoo account. Make that the first page you see when you log onto the web. Make sure you select Top stories from Reuters, and the AP. What you see from these news agencies is NOT what we're seeing on ABC. There are things missing. Stories not covered properly. Corruption being ignored. There IS a biased media in this country. There always has been. But there is also Un-biased media. It's just harder to find. You have to look around at what's out there to see what you're missing. And you're missing a great deal. Get yourself on Media Research Center's Cyber Alerts email list. You'll be surprised. Or just get more cynical. Either way, you'll see the propaganda all around us.
Now, you may be saying, "Yo! American *=! What about this page? Ain't this propaganda?" My answer is this: It's only propaganda if I'm not telling the whole truth. Am I distorting the issues? If so, then yes… if not, then no. Part of the problem with propaganda, is the eye of the beholder. Judge for yourself.
Now that Mr. Clinton has gotten us involved in a war, look for propaganda whenever Clinton speaks, or NATO issues a statement. There's a lot of it floating around these days. Listen to the words used… do they actually mean something, or is someone blowing smoke up yer whoziwhatsit. And always question wether or not you're being told the WHOLE story.
