Tudor Rose

An interesting name that I found in my genealogy is the Tudor surname.  It hearkens back to the Elizabethan/Henry VIII era of which I have always had an interest.  Although it is highly unlikely there is a genealogical connection, it is still fun to find others with this surname in their background.

The earliest Tudor that I have found in my family tree is Humphrey Teddar (sic) who is mentioned in The Complete Book of Emigrants, 1607-1776
from Section III, chapter 24, Page 420 - year 1683
