All Mixed Up - Mixed Breed Dog Pictures-Page 4

This is Harley and she is a rottweiler/german shepard mix. She is 7 wks old in this picture. We have found that she has the strength of a rottweiler and learns very quickly. Harley is also a very good actress when she wants to get attention. Parents: Ashley and JL

Sherman This is Sherman. His mother was a purebred Old English Sheepdog, his father was a purebred Collie. He weighs 110 lbs. We have owned a great many dogs, but none compare with this one. He is by far the gentlest and most intelligent dog we have ever known. Parent: Curt J.
Barbara's Note: Sadly, on 1/25/04, Sherman suffered a heart attack at the age of 13. I and my animal friends send sincere condolences to you, Curt. Sherman was indeed a handsome boy :-)

Nikita, a five year old german shepard husky mix, loves everyone, (well maybe not our cat lovebug). We got her at our local shelter where she was given up only because her previous owner had a heart attack and couldn't exercise her. She was completely house trained and knows sit and stay. She has brought enormous pleasure to our lives and loves to play rough with Daddy and sissy but settles down for softer play with mommy. Thank you for having a great site for mixed breed dogs. Webster Webster is a Cocker/Poodle/ Chihuahua mix. He lived with Sherman (above) and is missing him very much.

NITRO is a Shiba/Chow mix and looks like a little teddy bear. He was born in Orlando FL on 10/13/2003. He favors his shiba roots on the outside,but is mostly chow @ heart, very independent. He likes to play fetch and loves to chew on everthing. He knows how to sit, lay down and comes by his name. Parent: Michael

Pekachi puppy I just stumbled on your page today. What a bunch of cuties! I wanted to send you a pic of my Pekachi puppies. (Peke/Chi) They are compact, sturdy little dogs with an outgoing personality and easy-care coats. Parent: Laura

Beauty Mamie is a lhasa-poo - we call her Mamie. Mamie & Boo (on page 3) are best friends. Mamie is loving with everyone and loves children. She has lots of energy and wrestles with Boo, the yorkie-poo. Parent: Jackie Maurice - McGregor, Ontario.

Gizmo is one year old and is half pappillion and half minature American Eskimo. I gave him the name Gizmo because he reminds me of the Gremlins. He has his mothers ears, she was the Eskimo, as well as her thick coat. He lives with a greyhound and a golden retriever, plus two cats and bosses them all. He has the colour of his fathers coat, who was the pappillion. He chews up his stuffed toys and loves his rawhide bones. Parent: Barbara

Sadie

Sadie's mom was a 10 pound pekingese and dad a 10 pound maltese...Sadie is 1 year old. She has the maltese face with their silky non-shedding fur. She's energetic, extremely eager to please, loves being with people, learns very quick, barks to alert us to strangers, and loves everyone in her family. I have two children, ages 12 and 9 and she is great with them. Her favorite thing to play is tug, but fetch is a close second. Parent:Shannon Mistrot

Our two little bundles of joy are Mika & Bobby. Mika is a 4 1/2 yr old Yorkietese - he was six month's old and languishing in a Toronto pet store when we found him. I do not agree with buying from pet stores.... but this little guy was in so much strife that it truly felt like a rescue! Bobby, we saw online at the local pet rescue - he is a (we think) Shitzu/poodle between 4-8 years old. Bobby was held in a puppy mill in Toronto - they guess he had been caged for years without being let out. Bobby and Mika are inseparable. They are the most loving pets I have ever known. They are seen here modeling their new raincoats sent by my sister from England - they adore dressing up and have three Halloween costumes each.Parent: Marcus and Debby

Griffon We have been told that Griffon is a Bearded Collie/Wire Haired Pointing Griffon mix.. I’m not sure what she is, but we are totally in love with her!

I adopted Copper from the Animal Shelter and I couldn't have found a better little dog. He is a Yorkie and Chihuahua mix. He looks like a little yorkie with long legs. He is very loving and obeys easily. Tell him one time and he remembers. I love him very much. Parent: Dean S. (He is a lucky guy to have you as a mom! ~Barb)
