Journey 2427
(our local church)
Haltom family Dec 2006.jpg (583153 bytes)Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is a very special blessing for me to welcome you to our   web corner for Christian Impact Ministries (CIM). We are so glad that you took the time to visit our website and become better informed on the spiritual and cultural issues facing our families and our society today. It is the calling of God placed upon our hearts to assist you in evangelistically sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ "i.e. the Good News" with unbelievers throughout our communities and around the world. In addition, we seek to assist the local church (i.e. God's people/Christians) in equipping you with God's Holy Word, along with biblically-based opportunities for involvement, so that the Christian community can obediently respond to God's commandment to serve as the "Salt of the earth...and Light of the world" (Matthew 5:13-14). We earnestly believe that God has called and ordained this ministry into service "for such a time as this" (Esther 4:14) here in the 21st Century. We pray that the spirit-led labor of this ministry will be blessed of God in eternally changing hearts and transforming lives - all to the glory, honor and praise of our Lord Jesus Christ. Please prayerfully consider contacting us about opportunities to minister through such areas as our preaching ministry (guest-pulpit supply-revivals); through special speaking engagements (e.g.s our family has incredible testimonies of God's power through Traci's twin battles with cancer; our very unique adoption of our daughter, Bethany Hope, and son, Aaron Joseph; and the personal challenges of living with a chronic illness (i.e. fibromyalgia and associated "health thorns," 2 Corinthians 12:7-10); through partnerships in community outreach events and ministry consulting opportunities. If we can be of ministry assistance to you, your church or Christian organization, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to experiencing the power of God at work in the lives of His people as together we lead today's family in a return to His truth and teachings through genuine spiritual renewal/revival. We would love to partner together in Kingdom ministry in what may well be the "last days" before the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
