Prepare children to live IN this world,
but not OF this world.

MEET NICK

Nick is 16 and in the 10th grade.
Nick was baptized June 6 1999. That was an awesome experience for him as well as watching your child and knowing He will be joining you in heaven some day.
As I said Nick is 16. We are having lots of fun with the Driving Experience. We are also enjoying every minute with him, knowing we only have a couple years left with him at home full time. He plays Soccer & Basketball for his school. Sports is always an enjoyment for him. He also uses the computer quite a bit. Maybe some day he can actually keep this page up himself. Doubtful but not impossible.

Not only is he a sports nut, but also a Nascar Nut!!!!!! Although not so much since Earnhardt died. Dale Earnhart is his Favorite. This love is only fueled by the fact that we haved lived only a few minutes from Dover Downs Racetrack, and will be goin back to that area. To start off race weekends Nick sometimes goes to the airport to see who's autograph he can get on Thursday evening. He comes home with a few, see complete list below, but the highlight was he got to see Dale Earnhardt. A couple years ago he got to go to the Busch race and see Dale Earnhardt Jr. win. Well, of course, he watched the MBNA 400 on tv. After the race he went back to the airport to collect more autographs. The complete list of autographs he collected on Thursday and Sunday follows:

  1. Rick Mast
  2. Ricky Craven
  3. Richard Childress
    (owns Dale Earnhardt's Team)
  4. Kinny Irwin
  5. Larry McReyonlds
    (Dale Earnhardt's Crew Chief)
  6. Steve Parks
  7. Ernie Ervin
  8. Richard Petty
    (The King)
  9. Terry Labonte
  10. Bobby Labonte
  11. Dale Jarrett
    (Today's race winner 5/31/98)
  12. Chad Little
  13. Jack Roush
  14. Tony Stewart
  15. Bill Elliot
He also got a Hat the a Citgo Crewmember wore of Michael Waltrips team.

Well, the hat went to school and mysteriously disappeared, so it is no longer among the collection. :o(
Wanna see the pictures from the Time Trials?

Friends are an important part of Nick's life since he thinks we will be bored to death if he doesn't have a friend over.

Nick got a new puppy for his 16th birthday. She is a Rat Terrier. He named her Achilles, like the Achilles tendon because she is a small ankle biter. We call her Keeli for short. I will have to get some pictures uploaded of her.

Favorite Teams:

Football---Dallas Cowboys

Hockey---Detroit Redwings

Nick and I will continue to work on this!!!!! This is just MY quick overview of him, with some of his additions. As you can probably tell Mom thinks he is GREAT!!!
