WORK

Cosmo's Story Part 2

Cosmo woke very early the next day.  He could not wait to start his new life at The North Pole.
He hurried over to the Toy Factory to start his new job.

Cosmo worked very hard and made sure all the toys made that day were in good condition.
Then he got the Elves together and started his own soccer team.
No one was surprises because soccer was all Cosmo talked about since he saw his first soccer game in Delran, New Jersey.

The Elves tried to play soccer but soon found out the ball was much too big.   It was so funny to watch the Elves with their tiny legs try to kick a ball almost as big as they were.  Now what could they do?

Santa solved this problem by going to the workshop and making a smaller ball for the Elves.  Cosmo was so happy now they could play.  Cosmo's team lost the first game but won the next two games.  All the Elves were both happy and tired from playing.

When the other Elves went to rest Cosmo decided to explore Santa's Village.  Cosmo's first stop was to visit the Reindeer.  During his visit he played with Rudolph and was amazed when Rudolph's nose would glow.  Rudolph told Cosmo that he was teased about his nose until the night that the fog was so thick that it was impossible for Santa to see and drive the sleigh.  Rudolph with his nose so bright came to the rescue and saved Christmas for all the children that year.  Now no one teases him about his nose.  Cosmo said good-bye to the Reindeer and went on his way.

Cosmo next went to Candyland.  Here he watched the Elves make the candy for Christmas.  He also decided to taste what was being made.  Cosmo tasted everything and soon ended up not feeling very well.  Like a lot of children Cosmo ate too much.

When Cosmo went home Mrs. Claus gave him something to make him feel better.  Cosmo thanked Mrs. Claus for giving him a wonderful home and so many new friends.  Then Cosmo being very tired but looking forward to more adventures went to bed.
