People for Animals organized a fundraiser in collaboration with Mr. Rohit Bal - India's top designer, who has specially designed T-shirts for People for Animals for an exhibition called SOPHISTIKATS.

A Candle in the Dark

From India's most beautiful woman comes a most beautiful tribute to the cause of animal welfare. Dimple Kapadia has created a limited edition collection of candles for People For Animals, India's largest animal welfare organisation headed by Smt. Maneka Gandhi. The exhibition entitled 'A Candle In The Dark' was organized at a glittering function at The Oberoi, New Delhi on Tuesday, March 28th-30th.

It costs Rs.4,000/- to sponsor a shelter Dog for a whole year. You can choose your Dog or leave that upto us. We will give you the name and details of the Dog. We encourage you to visit your doggie Dost whenever you have a chance. Remember caring means sharing.

ABC Programme

Animal Birth Control Programme which includes sterilisation and Inoculation of street Dogs. The programme is undergoing at Delhi, Chandigarh, Gwalior, Calcutta, Bangalore, Bhopal, Jaipur, Guwahati, Chennai and Goa. Check out the PFA chapters page for contact details.

Animal Ambulance

PFA runs a free animal Ambulance for injured and accident hit animals in Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Gwalior, Calcutta, Chennai, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bangalore, Guwahati, Goa and Jamshedpur. Check out the PFA chapters page for contact details.

Tanga Horse Camps

In Delhi and Calcutta PFA holds regular camps to treat Tanga Ponies, who have been found to suffer from malnutrition, subnormal temperature, ill treatment and overwork. Check out the PFA chapters page for contact details.

Upcoming Shelters

Vetenary hospitals and shelter are under construction in Calcutta, Gwalior, Guwahati, Chennai and Bangalor. Contribution in Cash or kind are very welcome and can be send to the head office of PFA at A-4, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. Check out the PFA chapters page for contact details.

Police Training workshops

PFA conducts workshops for police personnel to educate them on Animal Protection Laws so that citizens may register complaints and seek Police co-operation in cases involving animal offenses. Check out the PFA chapters page for contact details.
