Let sit 24 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven-poke holes in foil and bake on broiler pan for 80 min then bake 10 min without foil

Instructionss:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and shake and shake and shake and shake and shake....you get the idea. Taste and adjust seasoning and salt. Keep a full glass of ice water handy.

This is the favorite salsa at the Fire Station. We always try this out on new guys....remember to keep the water handy.
Hot and Spicy Artichoke Dip - from Mamafrau
Servings: enough Temp: 350 Preheat: YesIngredients:
Instructiions: Heat over to 350 deg (F). Mix all ingredients well. Place mixture into PAM sprayed pan and bake for 20 to 25 min. until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Comments: This is great for the holidays and fairly easy to fix
Creole for the Crockpot - from Lynnishere
Servings: 6 - depends on how hungry you are Temp: Med/HighIngredients:
Instructions:
*1 teaspoon garlic salt or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder may be substituted. Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cook 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low. Add shrimp last hour of cooking. Serve orver rice....Chicken...rabbit...or crawdads can be substituted for shrimp.....
Stove-top version...
Saute celery, onion and bell peppers in oil or butter until tender. (better if left a bit crunchy.) Add remaining ingredients except meat being used. Simmer at least 30 minutes to an hour. Add shrimp or what ever meat you want and simmer 30 minutes more.
