Peanut Butter Balls - from Jewlial

Ingredients:

Instructions: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in peanut butter and icing sugar. Lastly stir in Rice Krispies. Make into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Melt chips and wax carefully over low heat, stir constantly. Roll balls in chocolate mixture using two forks to hold the balls. Store in a cool place.

Comments: My daughters just love these! A big favourite.

Chocolate Macaroons - from Jewlial

Ingredients:

Instructiions: In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients and stir well. Then in a deep saucepan bring to boil the last 3 ingredients. Boil about 1 minute or so, stirring constantly, there must be no sugar grains left undissolved. Pour this over the dry stuff, and stir well, mixing so all oatmeal is covered. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, and leave to cool completely.

Comments: This is a nice fudgey type cookie, and you can even cut the coconut quantity in half, and add finely chopped nuts for a different taste.
