If you are new to the internet or a seasoned veteran, I think you will find these links helpful. One of the biggest problems on the internet is finding information that is useful to you without taking all day. These are some of the most useful sites that I have found.


Internet Reference Links:
Technohippie's Trippy Triangle WOW, check this out often. Technohippie has a very visually appealing and informative site here. Wonderful HTML help and information. She has some of the VERY best midi files and graphics. And don't miss her section on chat, she has downloads for all of the major chats (PowWow, IRC, ICQ) and has a ICQ Communications Panel.
Internet 101 A wonderful site with just the basics. A guide for those who want to know "Just Enough to Have Fun".

Computer Incident Advisory Capablilty For the truth about those rumors on the current virus.
Cool Central Looking for a great place to start surfing? This is it. Cool Central has hot spots for the minute, hour, day ....you get the point. I had lots of fun here.
Mare's Worldl Another fantastic spot to begin your surfing adventures. Her links are divided very nicely and there are tons of them with descriptions of what you will find. I could spend days and days there.
The Rail A ring (similar sites) that's uses a rail road track. The really neat thing about this one is there are all type of rails to choose from, so whatever your interest, you can hop a train and be assured you're headed in the right direction.

Computers and Programs:
CNET Computer news, resources that are updated daily. A very useful site.
JUMBO Download applications, screen savers and everything you could want. A great site.
TUCOWS A great place to find Windows applications.
Cool Sounds & Free Stuff This is exactly what it says it is plus so much more. Check it out, but be prepared to spen LOTS of time here.
Luckman Anonymous Cookies Want to surf the net and not leave your footprints everywhere? This free software will let you do this.

Creating Home Pages:
HTML Tutorial * Teach Me A wonderful tutorial for learning HTML (the code for writing your own home page.)
BEV.NET Great help for creating your own home page.
The Graphic Station A fantastic resource for graphics and sound files for your home page. Most of the graphics used on my pages come from them.
Cool Graphics on the Web Another fantastic site for graphics. And not just clip-art, it has pictures, computer generated graphics and lots from Disney. This one has lots of links to other sites too.
XOOM A wonderful source for animated gifs, and pictures.
The Totally Free Homepage Resource Center Lots of information about finding resources for creating web pages. Very helpful
Being Seen Do you like this button? It came from Being Seen. They have a fantastic selection of graphics for your web page design (no clip art) and some 3-d.
Natalie's Homepage Remember that darling picture of the three little girls in the wash tub on my main page? That is a Anne Geddes picture. Natalies Homepage is filled with these.

For the Whole Family:
Home Sweet Home Just too much fun and so creative. Click on her front door bell and it rings, click on the paper laying in the yard and you get the news. Enter the house and check her refrig. Even see her slides in the living room. I loved this site and your family will too.
Internet Public Library An amazing collection of internet resources. You can find anything from here. Areas just for teens and youth too.
Kids Carnival A site dedicated to kids. Fun, fun, fun. It even has a tutorial for kids to learn how to use HTML. WONDERFUL
www.4kids.org A weekly magazine for kids with links to great sites with references, games, homework help, and science links. A very good all around site for the family.

General Interest and Just for Fun:
DERAILEDFrom Technohippie a monthly e-zine for those of us who keep getting derailed and taking little side trips on the internet. Technohippie has wonderful information and links from her side trips. Don't miss.
Surfin the Web with Willem Jonkman Absolutely fantastic. See what's possible on a web site. Excellent reference for HTML and Java. Find out what happened on your birthday. A truly amazing list of links especially music, art, and movies.
