MY BEAUTIFUL KANSAS CITY

We love to drive in Kansas City, so the city has tried to add beautiful spots along our streets, such as this.

This is Brush Creek that flows through the Country Club Plaza after a good rain.

The people of the community of Rosedale originally built this in 1924 as a tribute to the veterans of World I. It is a scaled down version of Paris' Arc de Triomphe. It was rededicated in 1964 to all war veterans.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is dedicated to all the men and women who fought and died in Vietnam.
