The Little Mouse Club grew out of the NRMCI, and went on its own in 1999We have Shows, Ice Cream Socials,
People's Choice exhibits, mouse swaps and other
get-togethers.
There are semi-official impromptu meetings and endeavors,
such as people visiting to obtain fancy show mice and
to swap animals with other members.
shipped mice all across the country.
We try to rescue mice,
particulaly those of our members. Usually we swap or give
away animals, though some are at a convenient cost to
members. Wanda gives away her Children of Champions to
good homes of members, only.
We can purchase supplies,
such as water bottles amd cage lids, at greatly reduced
prices by buying in bulk. Members share animal care and
medical knowledge freely by email, by a phone call or by mail. We have a Listbot with eGroups to keep in touch.
We try to keep a balance
among mouse fanciers, mouse amateur geneticists, hobby
breeders, people who have over one hundred cages and
those that share their love with one "Mama's Baby
Precious Little Girl. We try not to take ourselves too seriously, except where the welfare of our little captives is concerned. Clean cages, fresh water, good food and dedicated care are what we stand for.

History:
The Little Mouse Club, long a chapter of NRMCI, became its own club in the Summer of 1999. The general goals and
policies were established to be the promotion of mice as pets and show animals, the education of the
public to the desirable qualities of mice, and
to promote sharing and good-fellowship with all
mouse fanciers. It is also the policy of this club that
every member is important, regardless of whether he or
she has a pet, is a breeder, or is interested on showing
mice.
