I must explain that Daniel R. Murphy is totally responsible for the creation of this web site. Barbara being hurt at The Home Depot was an accident. This was when she first became a victim, she was again victimized when Home Depot lied then denied her claim, refusing her desperatly needed medical treatment. But worst of all was the disgusting deposition that Daniel R. Murphy put Barbara through. This was a planned calculated assult on her to try to scare her from suing Goliath. The fact that The Home Depot assults their victims this way should be more than enough reason to help groups keep Goliath Out of their communities. |

Her accident is cut and dried. There is no defense for what happened. So Daniel R. Murphy went for a character assassination. He said she was just suing to get money to pay her bills. HELLO NO KIDDING!! Our attorney said I could be in there with her. But Murphy said no. He knew what he had planned. Barbara had a rack of 1X12X6 lumber fall on her. She was hit in the head, back, neck and shoulders several times as each board hit her. She was standing with her back to the lumber rack and was talking with Brian Jackson an employee of The Home Depot at the time of the accident. She never saw what hit her she never had a chance. Brian tried to help her but the weight of the lumber was to much for him. Home Depot admitted to us they were at fault and issued a claim number. They even explained how the accident happened. This is not a typical slip and fall accident. The witness to the accident is an employee of the Home Depot and management admits liability, so what do you do you, victimize the victim again with Daniel R. Murphy and his deposition. I explained to our lawyer that since Barbara sustained her head injuries she can not endure stress of any type. Her neurologist Dr. Zolowiniski explained to us that with her head injury she can have a lot of problems with stress including some personality transfomations. But instead of a one and a half hour deposition they kept her in there about four hours. It took her over a week to get over the abuse she suffered in there at the hand of Daniel R. Murphy. She is still recovering 6 weeks later. |
