Testimony Time

We were having a group discussion and sharing thoughts. We came to Jeff. He told us how he cared only about himself and didn't care what happened to him. He started to cry and said he was sorry. I looked around and saw people with sorrow, guilt, and shame on their faces. They also started to cry. I cried a little, then I couldn't and cried a lot. People then split into groups to pray. Two counselors started to sing. I felt shocked, guilty, shamed, sorrow, and sadness. I prayed in a small group with Matthew, Kevin, Jason, Jason, Alex, Justin, and Joseph. I couldn't stop shaking. I prayed with all of them. Everybody was crying and praying. I was hugging people,crying, confessing, my sins and saying I'm sorry. To tell you the truth, I enjoyed the whole retreat.
