Testament

What I saw: Tonight, after Jeffrey E. gave his testimony and admitted his defeat and his sin, everyone (140+) in the room felt God speaking through him. We started crying and praying for ourselves and each other. I saw all the people get into groups with couselors leading in prayer. Everyone was overcome with emotions because they realized their sin and how powerful God is. I saw college students lead in songs and fellowship among brothers and sisters. I saw so many joined arms and bodies.

What I felt: I felt the Holy Spirit present in myself and the people around me. I was shaking because of the overwhelming emotions and because I truly felt God's love and forgiveness. I also felt something really happened because everyone cried and had a similiar reaction. I felt the social wall break -- everyone from different cliques came over and hugged each other and bowed down and prayed. I will not deny that for me, personally, something happened by the power of God. I hope I'll this event out of this retreat and wont give in to spiritual warfare.
