Milli was born in the attic of
a cowbarn in the year 1990. It was early summer then. One day she fell
down with her brother Morri into the trough of bulls. My son-in-law found
those little kittens there and took them in.
Milli's mom was dark grey in color and dad was (probably) a big red tomcat who was rambling in the area. So Milli became a patchwork (like my son-in-law descripted her) a.k.a she is a calico (tortoiseshell and white in U.K) in color. Her fur is black-red-white. She was very small and very very round in shape. Nowadays she is still very round and quite heavy. |
Happy days
Milli and Morri are playing with each other |
Milli grew in the country about three months or so and then she came to us with Morri. The idea was to find new homes for them and so a friend of my daughter Elisa took Morri. Time went on. Elisa and I became attached to the little Milli. We didn't try to find any new home to her. One day after a half year my dear husband asked when Milli moves out. Is she going soon? So I had to tell him we can't say goodbye to the kitten and it looks like she's staying with us. |
Milli's
real name actually is Millimolli
Everybody calls her just Milli |
Milli's mom was a jumpy and half-wild
country cat. Milli is a bit wild too and she scratches easily strange people
if she is frightened. However she is a real lap-cat. Once I sit down she
comes immediately to my lap and then she lies there satisfiedly purrring...She
also loves to throw herself on her back onto the floor and there she lies
again her feet sticking out and wanting her humans stroking and cuddling
up her.
Milli sleeps on the legs of my husband at nights. In the mornings she comes to wake us up and pushes her little nose against the face of a sleeping human and purrs loudly of course. So who could sleep there any more? |
One of Milli's favorite
places
Any basket is big enough for her. |
Milli can't meow like Nekku but
she can peep. She can't either jump very high but she stays sitting on
the floor and she looks admired at Nekku stepping just under the ceiling.
Our cats like the night-contests of running are nice. Emptying the paper bag and biting papers are wonderful too. I love my cats very much. They are really important to me. |
