Pretending

Pirates are a continuing fascination for Benjamin, whether it's reading books about pirates, drawing pirate ships and other things that pirates need or just pretending to be a pirate -- these are the things that he enjoys. When it came time to choose his Halloween costume, is it any surprise what he chose. He even got some markers and put tatoos on his hands.

A movie he enjoys with pirate scenes is Disney's "Swiss Family Robinson." Here he made a grass hat like Ernst wore. Ernst is his favorite character in the movie.

While pirates may be his favorite, cowboys also have a special appeal. John Wayne is his favorite movie actor now and "Stagecoach" is a favorite move. This was taken before he discovered John Wayne. He was going through a whole story about being a cowboy.
