dAnIeLand Kelly Chen are invited by the Hk tourism to attend ¡uHong Kong City of Life:Pop & Fashion¡vheld by the ¡uTokyo International Forum¡v on the 4th of June. And both of them will be given awards for doing their bit for the HK tourism.
For the activity, dAnIeL and kelly will hold mini concerts, each of them will sing 4 songs and there will be fashion show too. To complement the show, dAnIeL and kelly will be releasing a compilation each in early June which includes mandarin and cantonese numbers. Both of them will be heading for Japan on the 1st of June. They will be promoting the compilation albums and do magazine, radio as well as TV interviews.

dAnIeL had his "Music is Live" Concert a day ago and he performed solo, singing and dancing for near 2 hours. He also invited Alan Tam as his special guest. dAnIeL's fans from all over Asia came to support his concert and the atmosphere was electric.
And dAnIeL's divorced parents also brought their own partners for the concert. dAnIeL's mum besides turning up with her boyfren also brought along dAnIeL's granddad, grandmum and auntie whereas dAnIeL's father brought his wife and their 2 year old son. The two families came to give dAnIeL their support. dAnIeL's music teacher, Tai SiChung although he nominated one of the HK contestants for the HK Beauty Contest also gave the contest a miss to watch dAnIeL's performance. Fiona, whom dAnIeL worked with for the "USA Cotton" commercial also attened the concert. The bouquets of flowers from well -wishers all over Asia filled the backstage and were as many as 80.
Throughout the whole concert, dAnIeL's mum was very engrossed in the show, singing along with dAnIeL and at the end of the concert, she teared. After that, dAnIeL said "Mummy teared becoz she was so happy."
While dAnIeL was singing fast numbers, there were many sexy dancers who wore bra tops and pretty eye catching. While singing one of the song, foam fell on the audience like snow. There were some who opened their umbrellas to hide from the foam which seemed pretty amusing.
To perfect the concert as much as he can, dAnIeL practised the moves till 3am daily. When dAnIeL said his thanks, he specially thanked his music teacher, Tai.
Alan Tam, who was the special guest praised dAnIeL. He said "dAnIeL's singing has shown obvious improvement. Earlier dAnIeL was accused of hogging the limelight but dAnIeL now does not treat it seriously. This shows his maturity and improvement as a whole."

dAnIeL's first ever concert was held a day ago and his dad brought his wife with thier son and dnaiel's mum brought her boyfren. However not many from the entertainment biz came to support, only Fiona whom dAnIeL worked with for the "USA Cotton" commercial. Initally dAnIeL's dad refused picture taking but later he got used to it and relented. Although few artistes were present, Alan Tam came to give his support and sang ¡m ·R ±¡ ³´ ¨À ¡n with dAnIeL.
On stage, Alan said that dAnIeL has matured. Becoz he has seen reports in newspapers that dAnIeL expressed that the name for "hogging limelight" --¡u Äá ¥Û ¤H ¡vis not that bad. This showed dAnIeL seeing upseting news from a lighter point of view and that dAnIeL's maturity has grown. So it's an improvement.
After that when reporters asked Alan why is it that dAnIeL has so few supporters from the entertainment biz, Alan said in surprise. "Is this a big show? Inviting guests? dAnIeL is still a young artiste and has gone over much barriers along the way. Dun make things difficult for him." And Polygram explained that they had contacted some to attend, esp the singers, but Jacky Cheung, Amanda Lee has to perform for the HK Beauty Contest and Ronald Cheng has some recording to do so he could not make it.
dAnIeL put in a lot of effort on stage and there were 10 dancers who performed with him. While he sang "One thousand years", foam fell to create a snowing effect but some of the audience tried to avoid it.
Polygram also held a last minute celebratory dinner and dAnIeL mentioned that he felt very pressurised about tonite's concert, and he didn't know what he was saying on stage. But when he saw foam falling like snow, dAnIeL felt very moved and could not bear to leave the stage. It was tough trying to keep his tears from falling but he has to leave the stage with a smile and he refrained himself from crying.
About few artistes attending his concert, dAnIeL said that maybe they are all busy. He said that in the entertainment biz, he's closest to Ronald Cheng. And dAnIeL was specially grateful to Alan for his encouragement and support.
dAnIeL also sang Danny Chan's number ¡m º§ º¬ ¡n. Becoz he used to sing it to his first love. But at that time, dAnIeL would go out of tune though the other party love it so he sang it again this time as a remembrance.

Should dAnIeL reflect? At the "Music is Live" Concert a day ago, there were 7000 fans who turned up, but as compared to the earlier "Music is Live" Concerts by other artistes, there were not anyone from the entertainment biz to watch.
But when the reporters asked Alan Tam about this, he asked the reporters to give dAnIeL a break. He feels that dAnIeL has already improved and hopes that the reporters will spare dAnIeL

dAnIeL's "Music Is Live" Concert is taking place tomorrow at Wan Chai and dAnIeL is now working hard at his rehersals hoping to do his best for the concert. dAnIeL during one of his rehersals said "This is considered my first ever solo performance concert so there are a lot of things to be done. I will do my best for it."
dAnIeL said that for this concert, he will be singing with a Live band. dAnIeL said "I'm so happy that i can work with a band. And i fear that I would miss them after the concert!"
Besides local fans, there would be hundreds of fans from all over Asia coming over specially to HK for the concert. dAnIeL said that besides the fans, his family and a lot others will be coming.
dAnIeL has also invited Alan Tam as his special guest and there are preparations for 500 souveniers and such as watches and souvenier cards for the fans to purchase. And dAnIeLhas already took one "001" watch to wear it on the actual day of performace.

For the upcoming "Music is Live" Concert, dAnIeL is training very hard in his singing as well as dancing. From 10 in the morning to about 3 at dawn, dnaiel would be rehearsing. This concert to dAnIeL is his first ever 'concert' and he is very nervous about it. Just the clothes alone has exceeded 6 figures and dAnIeL will be changing about 4-5 suits. At the same time, dAnIeL besides singing the song "Becoz i love you", he will also choose 5 of his fav songs, one of them is Danny Chan's ¡m º§ º¬ ¡n .

[20TH OF MAY] ~Singtao
Although dAnIeL's "Music is Live" Concert clashes with the HK Manhunt ans HK Beauty Contest, the tickets for his concert is already a sold out. So dAnIeL is working very hard for the concert, hoping to be in his top condition to perform.
Yesterday dAnIeL performed a song with the dance steps for the press and they find that his dancing is getting to be distinctive in style. But becoz of only having four days to train, dAnIeL admitted that the pressure is great. He now begin rehersals at 10am for singing and from 8pm to 3am he practises his dancing.
dAnIeL has conducted a survey on the internet to find out which covers should he sing. And most of them chose the song "Becoz I love you". And for that nite's performance, dAnIeL has learnt a few songs, including Danny Chan's number ¡m º§ º¬ ¡n . That is the song which he grew up with. The clothes that he will be performing in are all new and he will change about 4 to 5 suits. And the 10 dancers will be getting 2 sets of clothes to change too. The cost exceeded $100,000 but it's charged under Polygram.
