Day 4: Sangre de Cristo ranch

This is Alexandrou Road, looking East, up to our 8 acres.
And once you get up there, this is the view to the west.
Ok, this land is high, and it was pretty darned cold. Michael got out and walked around for a while. I did cross-stitch in the car.
This is looking north from the second ridge on the land.
Below is the view to the North of Mt. Blanca, which is a sacred mountain to the Navajos.
Last time we were here was in 1995. We camped with the kids on the 4th of July. I fixed this fire ring and we sat on the fallen logs and watched the fireworks in Alamosa, thirty miles away.
