Although the Romans did not invent crucifixions they perfected it as a form of torture and capital punishment that was designed to produce a slow death with maximum pain and suffering..

With globalisation and European law entering into participating European countries there are many laws and values unique to individual countries being overridden by conflicting rules and regulations that have to be abided by participation of national governments in the European institution.

If God comes to live in a person and this is a reality for Christians how can there be a necessity for faith in God from then after.

Oh you doubting Thomas! do you live by faith or rely on other peoples opinions?

I'm really fed up with myself that I defended my printed Bible as Gods word. One of the frequent retorts I kept giving was is it impossible for God to enable the Bible to be brought to us 2000 years unchanged?

This study starts off by condemning the marketing techniques of the organised church having done so then goes on to reinforce marketing techniques in the church under the guise of spiritual unity great! this stuff makes me puke!

Hebrews Verse 1 is saying that God has throughout history and in various ways made known to his people that he is their father and this can be seen in the likeness of pieces of a jigsaw puzzle put together to which makes this point.

Its meant to be hard its all part of Gods plan if you endure the answers will come you may already know the answer anyhow.

If even you disagree with me regarding the name of the son you must admit these ere questionable discrepancies.

I don't think it is Gods intention for me to view his love as an alarm bell at which I flee for safety but what does he expect?

Chapter one-The Gust
UP WITH THE RANKS OF THE QU'RAN HERE IS MY FAKE HOLY BOOK

Quite a lot recently I have been thinking over the time when I will meet the Lord face to face. So many things have passed through my mind

The question involved moral physical positions in the act of making love. After a minute of hysterical laughter

Most people detest me even at the mention of my name-the majority burn with anger and resentment and bitterness.

My vicar once gave me his white Holy collar to aid me in prayer he is a wonderful Holy and sacred man.

Save Our Planet!
Who's planet?
Quite an assumption to say our planet! who said it was ours?

A fake pair of scales is disgusting to JHVH: a genuine plummet is delightful

Let us begin with me. I am white I am racist but I am not a racist .

Many Christians today are Spiritually fat off the blessings in Christ.

Respect for authority generally and respect for the ministerial office in particular is much reduced.

Sin is defined by the Law of God which was given to Moses by God.

Whether we care to admit this or not-the fact remains that we are slaves.

So are you contemplating suicide?
Basically to put suicide in a box..

How long I wonder till the time arrives when political correctness becomes Law and the preaching of Christianity becomes an act of terrorism in the eyes of the Law.

This subject came to mind this morning as my wife was picking a cd from our collection to play on her journey to work.

For the most part in religions trials and tribulations are seen as a test of God. Generally the thinking in this is that God wants to see how faithful we are

How can I reconcile the promises of God with what I see around me in the world today? How can I believe in something I can't even see?

Calamity calls, but for everything.

This study is very serious, and would be well taken if observed in that manner.

Faith is normally the all, and the end all of the Christian life, but there is one part where faith is not required.

Calamity is the only area of the Christian life where faith is not applicable, and by the end of this study you will understand why.

What is Calamity?

Here is a simple example of what I am talking about with Calamity.

You become infected with a crippling disease, you lose your arm.

Now here is the dilemma.

You consider this calamity, and you think "this cant be right! I'm a Christian and God loves me and protects me!" You are angry at your loss, but you love God and know he loves you, but you cannot reconcile the calamity with his love.

Now the beginning of the bottomless pit.

Someone approaches you and asks, " Where was God to save your arm?" You begin the answer and following answers from the viewpoint of either excusing God or diminishing the calamity.

An example of this might be "well I might have lost both arms" or "God wants me to preach to one armed non Believers" or "The devil took my arm" or " I haven't been a good Christian, I deserve death so this is a blessing!"

Why we feel compelled to excuse God and diminish the calamity

The whole problem is our minds are still entrenched in the thinking of the world; good and bad defined by the principles of the world.

The standards of this world that decide what is good and what is bad, may well take up 90% of your judgment thinking! it is out of this that you are trying to excuse or diminish, hoping to make God "look good" in the eyes of the world by conformity to the standards of the world.

Obviously the world would judge your loss as a calamity and a failing on the part of God, but the subtle thing here is; that to make a judgment like this, puts oneself above God and judges him-this is the real self-righteous evil.

The origin of good and evil.

It is highly likely that you don't understand what is good and bad but, this is an easy mistake so don't be to hard on yourself about this. God made the universe and everything in it, it is he that decided what should be and what should not be, good and bad is the difference between being in conformity with the will of God and not being in conformity with the will of God, good and bad has no other true definition.

In the past, God had commanded his people to murder man woman and child, and at a later date charged such things to be evil. Some things should be noticed about this, God could change his mind on things. If God asked you to slaughter your child, then it would be evil not to do it; good and bad things must be weighed against the will of God.

The world will forever condemn killing, even to the past when Gods' people did just that, but the world cannot judge God.

The true state of affairs is this; whatever God does or says is good-for God is God.

The point about being good could be truly explained by a play on words "to be good-to be Godly" "to be bad-to be ungodly" or "God is right, and I agree, therefore I am right also"

Today we know that slaughtering somebody is not Gods will for his children through the Bible, and so to do such an act is ungodly or evil, but though the world is in agreement with slaughter being wrong, it has no bearing on whether it is really good or bad.

Everything comes from God, even calamity, and the Bible makes no effort to hide such, but never can one say that evil has come from God, for whatever God does is deemed good.

If we say "God has brought evil upon me" then we have judged him by the moral standards of the world, we are in effect saying, "we are God"

It is true, if God has taken your arm through a disease, then by the morals of the world he has done evil to you and this should not be denied, but we are not of the world which judges and condemns God.

The morals of the world/opinions of mankind have no right or grounds to judge God by raising themselves above him to do so, for, who are you O' man! To question God?

Redefine morality by Gods will for the present time; do not become trapped by the morality of the worlds will.

This study is not about tackling the loss and pain and grief of losing a limb through calamity, there is no formula but time, but what this is about; is understanding the sovereignty of God and stepping out of the world to be with him.

God is a free will agent, he does as he pleases and when he pleases, he is under no compulsion to bless or provide for us, but we are encouraged to ask, and if he does, then we know it is because he wanted to-free will.

If we do feel compelled to give an answer for a Calamity that has befallen us to a non-Christian, then there is something that needs to be made clear. In your consideration of a reply, neither agree with evil defined by the world or good defined by the world, but only by what is right, and right defined by being in accordance with Gods will.

Besides this study being very important regarding Gods nature and understanding his disposition correctly, this will also save you from Satan's kick in the head when your are down, for he always puts the boot in when you are down.

Furthermore there is in this the Christian witness; it cannot survive in any other way than by that which I have defined. Non-believers will judge you by the standards of the world, you must crush them, and then give them the truth that they fear the most. Maybe they will understand.

Just remember, anyone approaching you to ask, "where was your God when.." is not concerned with your well being, so get out the sword of truth, and lop off their head!

You cannot justify God with the worlds opinion.

You cannot correctly condemn God with the worlds opinion.

It is interesting that throughout Joshua's ministry, that it is only at one point that he stops talking plainly and clearly to the Pharisees. He often called them hypocrites and many other things, but it was only at one point he changed towards them. This point of change happened when the Pharisees said that he was using the power of Satan.

The question arises, why is that sin greater than any other that Joshua should act in this way?

Well, you may not know, but every miracle that Joshua did, was tied up with Messiah signs given in the OT, the result was, that the Pharisees knew by these miracles that Joshua was Messiah, and if he was Messiah-then he must also be God. With this knowledge that Joshua was God, to then say that he was doing evil by Satan, means this;

"Where was your God when.." or in other words "we are God and you are evil.

This really gets up Gods nose, and if you do it, then you get up his nose! Shall the clay say to the potter "are you sure you know what you are doing?" So, God is right all the time, God is good all the time, God is righteous all the time.

When I say, "God is good" I know what you normally think, you think

  1. He never hurts anyone.
  2. He is always nice.
  3. He cares for the poor.
  4. He is gentle.
  5. All embracing.
  6. All forgiving.
  7. Never has a bad word to say about anyone.

Ok, some of these are true of his nature, but when you add these and others up to encapsulate him to be good by these defining qualities, you have judged God and got up his nose!

God is good because.... because he is God.

God is not a good God, for to say this, is to judge him.

That last statement is a fringe statement because I have reached the end of the argument and the statement could mean something else that is wrong.

Maybe you don't consider this matter to be important, but the day will come my friend when someone will demand some answers of you, how will you answer these questions;

  1. If God is Benevolent why does he let his people be murdered and raped and persecuted?
  2. If God is good, why does he let innocent children suffer?
  3. If God is good, why did he let my mother/father/brother die when I was only six years old?
  4. If God were good, he wouldn't have let my wife/husband die from cancer!
  5. If God were good, he wouldn't have let millions of Jews be exterminated.
  6. And many more.

There are two answers to these questions.

  • Who do you think you are? You are only a man, and you judge God!
  • You are absolutely correct in judging God to be evil by your standards of morality, and by your standards I cannot defend God to be good, however, the author of life himself holds supremacy over morality as he does death and countless other things, therefore the "true state of affairs" is that God governs what morality is, or is not.
  • What is moral excellence; your morals or Gods will?

God is not granted freedom to do as he pleases, God is free to do as he pleases regardless of mans theories on right/wrong, good/evil.

To the Christian; poverty, hunger, riches, abundance, fear, courage, love, and pain come from God as it seems good to him, but great error arises when we define him to be good or bad based on these experiences.

God cannot be judged by us, but only accepted to be good by us by virtue of the fact that he is God and he says that he is good.
