The gang arrives
safely at their destination, ready to look at their relatives at the zoo (just kidding).The last major trip taken by the group was one to the San Diego Zoo, on the 5th of July. Here are a couple of pictures from that day, as well as some pictures taken at my mom's house.

HOT DOG! It's time to eat.
Wait a minute. False alarm. It appears that no one is eating hot dogs.
Strangely enough, there weren't too many pictures taken at the zoo. Rumour has it that a gorilla escaped from it's cage, and took the camera that was shooting the footage. In a fit of rage, he threw the film back at the onlookers and said, "we don't need no stinking snapshots!"
In my house while I was growing up, there was a picture of my Grandpa and Grandma. In that picture, (and reportedly, most of the other pictures that she took) she is pointing at her mouth. Coincidentally, in most pictures that I see of my nephew Dale, he is pointing at his brain. Further proof that genetics play a big role in making up our personalities.
From what I understand, Little Dale could become a great ambassador of good will in his life. I heard a story of Dale and his little friends that goes like this......
Kids can be cruel, as you know, and when a new kid comes into the neighborhood, sometimes things don't exactly get off to a friendly start. When little Dale first went to the playground at my parents apartment building, the little Iranian children didn't exactly roll out the welcome mat for him. They were all playing together. At one point, the little girl, who Dale is hugging above, got mad at him for something and hit him. But instead of fighting, Dale (with a little guidance from grandpa) gave the girl a little hug.
Well the rest is history, and it looks like at 2.5 years old, little Daley already has himself a little girlfriend!

Felicia and Roger have got together to
put together another little package for the grandparents to enjoy. Anastasia Lee Black (I hope I spelled that right) is due sometime in early November.
Here mother Felicia stands exposing the belly to show you proof that there is a little life growing inside of her. If you look closely though, you can see
that despite all of the warnings, the unborn Anasatsia already has a bad habit, and she isn't even born yet.
Anyway, the young one, and her baby, are looking forward to November, and if the new one is as cute as her brother, she will be soooo cute!
Well, that is the latest set of pictures. Dad took some new ones when we went to the races for my birthday, so look for them in the next several weeks.
