    The Central Virginia Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Association
    will sponsor a two-part workshop:

    Part One:  11:00 - 12:30
    Focus is on how mind/body skills counteract stress and promote health. 
    Presented by Carolyn Schuyler, LCSW, Program Director of     The Women's Initiative,
    a nonprofit agency located in Charlottesville, VA.
     
    Part Two:  12:45 - 2:15
    Focus is on what happens when chronic stress affects you more deeply, such as in CFS/FM, and offers options and hope for improved health and well being.  Presented by     Jonathan Gilbert, NCCAOM, Herbalist and President of The Gilbert Clinic, an integrative medical practice in Bethesda, Maryland, and Elly Brosius, MS
    Facilitator     of the NoVA CFS/FMS Support Group in which meets in Annadale, Virginia, near Washington, DC.     
              
    These sessions will be about 90 minutes each, with a break between, and a question and answer session following.  Participants may bring their lunch.  Snacks and drinks will be provided.  You may choose to attend one or both sessions.
