Welcome to Roy and Margaret Wagner's

"Summer is almost over ...."

Summer is almost gone, it has just been comfortably cool with low humidity most days here in Middleridge. We have had nice days for top down drivin' in the Miata. There hasn't been much rain so the grass looking rather yellow in spots.

The boys are back in school. Brandt is back atJames Madison University and Todd is atVirginia Tech. Brandt has been enjoying having a "new" 1994 Mazda MX-3. (It only had 30,000 miles on it.) Todd had a busy working as a team leader for RGIS, a company that does inventory audit for almost every major store you can name. He is taking the last few classes he needs to graduate with a degree in Business Computing.

Margaret is also "back to school" with the Fairfax County Health Department with her school nursing and special committees as the county schools start up the new school year. She is also busy with the church musical production of "THE SOUND OF MUSIC". She is the Stage Manager. Roy is busy doing an Oracle conversion for the EPA Inspector General's office and giving it Internet accessibliity. He is also doing other conversions to Microsoft Access databases. He is now learning Java and JavaScript at Ziff-Davis University, a low cost Internet way to take a variety of computing classes. Classes are ONLY $7.95 per month for as many classes as you want to take plus the cost of the book.

We continue to drive the scenic roads of Virginia and Maryland whenever we can with our top down. Check out the kinds of things that we do with our Miata and with our other Miata friends. This summer we went to the Poconos for gathering of 300 Miatas, went to a couple Drive-In movies, and saw many, many covered bridge in Pennsylvania.

Our demanding cat (Watson) keep us company when we are home in Fairfax, Virginia.
