Vikings
Here are the Vikings I find the most interesting. The first is a man that little is known about,
Olaf Skotkonung. Olaf was a descendant of
Ragnar Lodbrock, as was
Harald Bluetooth. Harald had a son named
Sweyn Forkbeard, and his father's name was
Gorm the Old. Gorm's pa was
Hardeknud. Ragnar's father was
Sigurd Ring. Forkbeard's wife was
Sigrid Storraede. Bluetooth's son-in-law was
Styrbjorn Starki, the son of
Jarl Ulf.
Ivar Vidfadmi was about the only one on here that didn't descend from Sigurd Ring because Sigurd descended from him. So you can see how closely tied all my favorite vikings are. I myself am a descendant of Ragnar Lodbrok though not directly.
